About Us Instiglio is an international development consultancy that empowers social and public leaders to improve the impact of social programs in developing countries by leveraging the power of Results-Based Financing. We have worked on topics as diverse as girls’ education in India, workforce development in Morocco, and diabetes prevention in Mexico. At the center of our efforts is the pioneering of new Results-Based Financing instruments such as Impact Bonds and Performance-based Contracts. Instiglio was the first to bring Impact Bonds to developing countries and has designed performance-based grants worth in excess of 300 million Dollars. We hold ourselves to the same rigorous evidence-based standards as the social programs that we support. We leverage our impact by continuously innovating on the design of our instruments and openly share our hard-won insights with the international development community. By tying funding to results, we believe that we can unlock the potential of social programs and help millions of people escape poverty. Over the past five years, we have structured over 25 RBF transactions in twelve Latin American, African, and South Asian countries.
