Christine Osman is a board-certified orthopedic specialist who achieved recognition as a fellow in orthopedic manual physical therapy and is certified FCE-evaluator and ergonomic assessment specialist. Christine spent a large portion of her career to date working with clients with work-related injury while also working with physicians, nurse case managers, employers, and payors on return to work and injury prevention.
Objective: Objective 1: Recognize and identify inappropriate pain responses & coping mechanisms as well as clinical “Yellow Flags” for symptom magnification. Objective 2: Understand the importance of validated clinical assessment of Reliability of Pain (ROP) and Consistency of Effort (COE). Objective 3: Understanding common spinal work injuries, treatment options for spinal work injuries and the role of minimally invasive spine surgery in facilitating a quicker return to work.
