Boasting many feathers on her hat, she is currently a member of the advisory board of the Hong Kong Institute of Monetary Research and special advisor to the European Commission on China issues. In addition to her previous roles as Head of the International Economy Division of Bank of Spain, the Head of Emerging Economies at the Research Depar tment at Banco Santander and a member of the Counsel to the Executive Board of the European Central Bank, she was also an economist at the International Monetary Fund. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George Washington; many of her papers have been published in reference journals and books.

Jacob A. Fisch is a co-founder of Nest Investments. Prior to Nest, Jacob was a corporate level executive at Li & Fung where he focused on M&A. Jacob f irst lived in China in 1992 where he learned Mandarin. Deeply intrigued by China and its emergence as a global power he returned as often as possible.
