1. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY to enter or win this VIP Road Trip Fan Experience (the “Sweepstakes”) to the April 21, 2013 Dallas Stars at LA Kings game (the “Game”) in Los Angeles, California. Void where prohibited. Contest registration runs from January 24, 2013 through April 9, 2013. To enter without purchase or obligation, complete entry form on dallasstars.com . Incomplete entries are not eligible. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. C.D.T., April 9, 2013. All entries become property of the Dallas Stars and Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries limited to one (1) entry per person. Use of automated devices is not valid for entry. Contestants must provide a valid e-mail address. Void where prohibited. 2. DRAWING: One (1) random drawing will be held at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes registration, from all eligible entries received. If selected entrants do not claim prize, then alternate eligible entries will be drawn until the prize is awarded. Entrants need not be present to win. DSE Hockey Club, LP reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value provided no such substitute prize shall be from Sponsors or Prize Provider without their prior written consent. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 3. PRIZE: The Sweepstakes Winner shall receive one (1) prize to consist of a VIP Road Trip Fan Experience for two (2) people including access to the morning skate and a meet-and-greet with Stars player(s) prior to the Game, two tickets to the Game, airfare consisting of two (2) roundtrip Coach Class Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”) on American Airlines or its “Airline Associates” (American Eagle, Executive Airlines or the American Connection® carrier) from any city served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates in the 48 contiguous United States to Los Angeles, California, hotel accommodations, and transportation to and from the airport. There will be one Winner for the Game and the Winner will be permitted to bring one (1) guest. American Airlines will provide the Travel Certificates for departure and arrival flights for the Winner and his/her guest (approximate retail value of each Travel Certificate is $750.00). DSE Hockey Club, LP will provide one (1) hotel room for one (1) night, transportation to and from the airport, two (2) tickets to the Game, access to the Stars’ morning skate and meet-and-greet with a Stars player(s) before the Game. No substitutions. Cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted solely at the discretion of DSE Hockey Club, LP. Winner must attend the Game date specified by DSE Hockey Club, LP. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash by the Winner (and must be accepted as awarded). Travel Certificates are not returnable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Lost, stolen or damaged Travel Certificates will not be replaced. Travel Certificates have no implied warranties and are not credit or debit cards. Travel Certificate redemption is based on availability at the time of reservation, and must adhere to applicable embargoed dates. Each Travel Certificate is valid for one (1) year from the date issued. Expiration date cannot be extended. Travel using Travel Certificates does not qualify for American Airlines AAdvantage®

mileage credit or elite status. American Airlines is not liable for any expense incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. American Airlines reserves the right to revise the Travel Certificate rules and conditions at any time without notice. Travel for the prize Winner and his or her travel companion must take place within one (1) year from the date the Travel Certificates are issued. Travel must originate and end at the airport nearest the prize Winner’s home that is served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates. Travel is subject to availability and certain other restrictions, which are subject to change in the sole discretion of American Airlines. The prize Winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate at the stopover point and full fare will be charged for the remaining segments, including the return, of the trip. Schedules subject to change without notice. 4. ELIGIBILITY: Registration open to all legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years and older as of January 24, 2013. Employees of Sponsors, their advertising and promotions agencies, any subsidiaries or affiliates and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Registration is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of the Sponsors as final. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed to the aforementioned site if you are not located in the United States. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Contestants must have Internet access. 5. TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winner will only be notified by phone and/or email and may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legally authorized, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within three (3) business days after prize notification or Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter is returned undeliverable or if a selected winner is deemed ineligible by Sponsors, the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use Winner’s name, and/or voice, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation or notice. 6. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE. By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting any entries, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsors, DSE GP, Inc., Dallas Sports & Entertainment, L.P., DSE Hockey Centers GP, Inc., DSE Hockey Centers, L.P., DSE Hockey Club GP, Inc., and American Airlines, Inc. (“Prize Provider”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injury or death,

damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. Winner’s guests must be 18 years of age or older if not a member of Winner’s immediate family and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release (which must also be signed by such guest’s parent or legal guardian, if minor) prior to travel. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsors by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. The Winners, by acceptance of any Prize, grants to Sponsors, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. 7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, e-mail or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication; nondelivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of any Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any flight. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or any representatives of Sponsors or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors, or their respective agents. Sponsors shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the

Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in Collin County, State of Texas. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsors may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, if any, but such award is at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSORS, AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON/(S) OR RELATED PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 8. SPONSORS: HP Hood, LLC and DSE Hockey Club, LP. 9. RULES: A copy of the Official Rules and complete prize description will be available through April 9, 2013 on www.stars.nhl.com via links on the bottom of the contest registration page and the Sweepstakes promotion page. 10. MISCELLANEOUS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of any prize shall be permitted except by Sponsors due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value; provided no such substitute prize shall be from Sponsors or Prize Provider without their prior written consent. This contract is the complete and sole contract of the terms of the Sweepstakes, any other representation, either oral or written, are inapplicable and nonbinding on the parties. Participants agree that the decisions of Sponsors related to the Sweepstakes and all

results are final. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Winner consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. 11. TRAVEL CERTIFICATES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Procedures for requesting Travel Authorization Certificates (each a Travel Certificate”) will be provided to Organization or recipient upon receipt of the signed Agreement. Travel Certificates have no value except when redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions listed below. Travel Certificates are not transferable or refundable. 2. Travel Certificates are subject to availability of promotional inventories and current embargoed dates. Coach must be booked in "T" class, Business in "U" class and First in "Z" class. No open Travel Certificates are permitted. Embargoed dates may apply. 3. Travel Certificates cannot be bartered or sold for cash, or in lieu of cash payment. 4. Travel Certificates must be issued by the American Airlines Ticket Redemption Center at 1-800-727-2142. Travel agencies cannot issue Travel Certificates. 5. Any applicable fees, taxes, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges are the responsibility of the user and must be paid at the time the Travel Certificate is issued. Taxes shall include all federal, state, local and foreign taxes of any kind, and whether assessed for winning or otherwise coming into receipt of the Travel Certificates, or in relation to use of the Travel Certificates. 6. If Travel Certificates are provided for fund-raising, the fund-raising activity cannot be conducted by or in connection with a 3rd party (including, but not limited to the offering of Travel Awards on public auction web sites); provided nothing herein shall prevent the use of a 3 rd party administrative entity such as may be available to charitable organizations in the conduct of a promotion. 7. Minors who are recipients of Travel Certificates must be accompanied on all flights by a parent or guardian. 8. Travel Certificates are valid for travel only on American Airlines, American Eagle Airlines, Inc., Executive Airlines, Inc. or the AmericanConnection® carrier (collectively referred to in this Exhibit B as “American Airlines”). American Eagle and the AmericanConnection® carriers are regional airlines associated with American Airlines, Inc. American Eagle® service is operated by American Eagle Airlines, Inc., or Executive Airlines, Inc., each of which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company of American Airlines. The AmericanConnection® service is operated by Chautauqua Airlines, Inc., an unaffiliated independent contractor. Travel is not valid on flights operated under a code sharing agreement with other air carriers. 9. Travel must be via the most direct American Airlines routing. Unnecessary and circuitous routings, connecting points and/or segments are prohibited. Stopovers, except for the next connecting flight, are not permitted. 10. American Airlines is not responsible for, and will not pay, expenses associated with transportation on other carriers, ground transportation, excess baggage charges or overnight lodging, if required. 11. If American Airlines, for any reason, discontinues service to the selected destination before the travel date, the user must select an alternate American Airlines destination. 12. After a Ticket has been issued from a Travel Certificate, an administrative service charge of $100.00 will be assessed for any change requiring reticketing, such as a change of origin or destination. Changes requiring reticketing must have prior approval of ticket authorizer. 13. After a Ticket has been issued from a Travel Certificate, an administrative service charge of $25.00 will be assessed for any changes regarding a date or time. Changes requiring reticketing must have prior approval of ticket authorizer. 14. After a Ticket has been issued from a Travel Certificate, Customer must contact the Ticket Redemption Center or Reservations prior to flight if they plan on canceling their ticketed reservation. In the event Customer fails to contact an American Airlines representative through the Ticket Redemption Center or Reservations, the ticket will default to a No-Show, and an administrative service charge of $50.00 (Coach Class) $75.00 (Business Class) or $100.00 (First Class) will be assessed to reinstate the reservation. 15. Unused Travel Certificates may be used at a later date (valid until travel expiration of this contract), subject to a ticket reissue fee. Travel Certificates that are not used by the expiration date of the contract will not be extended. Credit will not be given for unused Travel Certificates. 16. Lost or stolen Travel Certificates will not be replaced. 17. Passengers are not eligible for AADVANTAGE® mileage credit or any other promotional benefit that American may offer. AADVANTAGE® miles and/or stickers cannot be used to upgrade. 18. Purchased upgrades are permitted by paying the difference between the full fare for the authorized class of service and the next class of service. Paid upgrades are only allowed for next cabin. Two cabin upgrades will not be processed. Processing of purchased upgrades will be handled when redeeming certificate through our

Ticket Redemption Center and may not be handled at airport ticket counters. Processing time is a minimum of 48 hours based on hours of operation of Ticket Redemption Center. 19, Domestic travel is subject to American Airlines’ CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE, as may be amended from time to time. International travel is regulated by the WARSAW CONVENTION, as amended, or the MONTREAL CONVENTION OF 1999, as applicable, and by applicable Tariffs.
