SPECIFICATIONS All specifications stated herein are subject to change without notice. Any product dimensions stated herein are nominal.

MATERIALS and FINISHES High Pressure Laminate The lamination process consists of laminate being adhered to the core material under pressure with a water‐based, formaldehyde‐free, low VOC adhesive.

CONSTRUCTION Tony Table The Tony table is available with 4" x 4" or 6" x 6" legs and has a 1 1/4" thick top with a self edge. Available heights are 29", 36" or 42"; table apron height is 1 3/4" for 29"H tables and 4 3/4" for 36" and 42"H tables. Surface material options include laminate or maple/cherry veneer. Ships knocked down.

Laminate Selection While Nevins is an open laminate line, all laminates, regardless of manufacturer or finish are subject to laminate upcharges. Please have all laminates checked with Nevins Customer Service Department to determine any applicable upcharges.

Samples Samples of all laminates are available directly from the laminate manufacturer.

Care and Maintenance for Laminates

Core Material Nevins Tony tables are constructed of high density, industrial grade particle board. All particleboard used in the construction meets are exceeds ANSI A208.1 and California Air Resources Board (CARB) Regulation 93120.2 Phase 1 and Phase 2 emission limits.

Core Options NAUF or FSC NAUF Core NAUF or FSC NAUF core material is available; please contact Nevins Customer Service Department.

3 MATERIAL and FINISHES

Clean plastic laminates with mild soap and warm water. Do not use steel wool, hot water, or any abrasive cleaning product.

Veneer

Table Top Wire Management

Nevins veneer Tony tables are constructed of flat cut, book‐matched, architectural grade maple or cherry veneer. The veneer is stained with a penetrating wood dye, followed by two coats of high solids pre‐catalyzed lacquer. The finish is hand sanded between coats of lacquer. Veneers have a semi‐open pore finish with a 35% sheen.

At the time of order, please provide Nevins with (2) labeled samples that are at least 3 3" x 3 3".. Samples should be labeled with the customer's order reference number and sent to Nevins Customer Service Department : 14006 Newberg Rd, Cat Spring, TX 78933. Customer's stain to match samples will not be returned. Orders requiring a stain to match may extend the standard lead‐time.

FSC Certified Veneers and Wood FSC Certified veneers are available; please contact Nevins Customer Service Department.

Care and Maintenance for Veneer and Wood Treat with care, as you would with any fine furniture. Coasters should be used under glasses. We recommend damp dusting and occasional cleaning with a soft cloth and a high grade furniture polish that does not contain silicone.
