2016 GINNY DUENKEL POOL IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION Beginning with the 2016 season, members may join the pool through our online registration system or by visiting the pool office. Memberships will no longer be processed through postal mail. Please continue reading for important dates, times and information regarding the 2016 registration process. Online Registration for the 2016 pool season will begin at 9:00 am on Friday, April 1 st. Members may register for the pool through our online registration system which can be found at register.communitypass.net/westorangetownship When registering for a family membership, please remember to select all family members that will be on the membership. As a reminder, children over the age of 21, grandparents, other relatives, live in help, etc. require a separate membership. In person registration may be done during spring pool office hours beginning Monday, April 4 th. Spring office hours can be found below. The deadline for the Early Bird discount is Thursday, May 12 th.
Badge Processing- All members will receive a new badge for the 2016 pool season. At the time of badge pick up – please bring in all required residency verifications. Driver’s license for adults and birth certificates and report cards for children. Badges will not be given out without verifying residency. Due to anticipated large Memorial Day weekend crowd, we strongly encourage you to pick up your badges and bring verifications during spring office hours. Spring Pool Office hours will begin on Monday, April 4th and will be as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 am-12:00 pm. Wednesdays 9:00 am-7:30 pm. Please enter through pool office. Swim Lesson registration will begin at 9:00 am on Thursday, May 12th. Registration will be done at register.communitypass.net/westorangetownship Please be advised that swim lesson registration is on first come-first served basis. If your desired time slot is filled, we encourage you to register for a different time slot or join the waiting list for your preferred time.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP PLAN THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE ONE OR MORE DEPENDENTS ENROLLED IN A SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS. THIS MUST BE VERIFIED BY A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PAYMENT IN SAID PROGRAM.
