2016 Sponsorship Opportunities

Our mission: To provide safe, affordable housing and social services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect.

Each year, Families in Transition (FIT) provides a home and social services to more than 600+ individuals, half of whom are children. In order to continue to provide our housing and programming, FIT maintains a diverse funding stream that includes annual fundraising opportunities. In this packet you will find a list of event sponsorship opportunities for 2016. For 25 years, Families in Transition has provided a home and access to basic necessities to thousands of people in our community. Please review the list of event sponsorship opportunities and consider how you would like to support these homeless individuals and families in your community. Many of these opportunities are exclusive, so please let us know as soon as possible which events you are interested in supporting. 25th Anniversary Celebration Support our 25th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, June 2, at 5:30pm at the SNHU Dining Center Banquet Hall in Hooksett, NH. This celebration will honor the growth of Families in Transition from our beginning in 1991, when we housed five women and their children, to 2016, now housing over 200 men, women and children each night in one of our 20 properties.
