(For Students who are 5 years old on or before 9/30/2017) HOW TO REGISTER: Visit our website at www.westcler.org. Click on Departments and then Central Enrollment.
REGISTRATION DATES To Create An Account: On right hand side of the Central Enrollment page click on 17-18 New Student Enrollment. (If you have already used our enrollment process you will need to log in and register a new student for the 2017-2018 school year).

Schedule An Appointment: After you complete the enrollment application you will need to schedule an appointment with an enrollment specialist. Choose the appointment time that works best for you. Once your appointment is confirmed you will get an email with details on the date, time, and location of your appointment as well as what you need to bring with you.

Original birth certificate of the child (Must be original. NO photocopies). Proof of residency - (official lease, title, or deed to the property, settlement statement, or purchase contract) Parent/Guardian Photo ID Kindergarten Physical - Download the Health Record Form from the Central Enrollment page of our website.
Please bring any other papers you feel you need to register your child for Kindergarten (Grandparent Power of Attorney, custody papers, IEP, ETR) APPOINTMENTS: Appointments will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am - 3:30pm at District Office (4350 Aicholtz Road).
