2017 AAU Beach Volleyball Schedule/Results

2018 AAU Beach Volleyball Schedule/Results Preliminary Events: These events may earn bids to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games if approved by the AAU Volleyball Committee. Please email [email protected] with questions. Preliminary events that are approved as qualifiers will award bids to the top 2 teams in each division with at least 5 teams. District Championships (only 1 per district): Top teams qualify to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games. 5-9 teams = top 2 teams qualify. 10 or more teams = top 4 teams qualify. At least 1 member of each team must reside within the District hosting the event. Grand Prix Events: Top teams qualify to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games. 5-9 teams = top 2 teams qualify. 10 or more teams = top 4 teams qualify. Regional Championships (only 1 per region): Top teams qualify to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games. 4-9 teams = top 1 teams qualify. 10 or more teams = top 4 teams qualify. At least 1 member of each team must reside within the Region hosting the event. Super Regional Championships: Top teams qualify to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games. 4-9 teams = top 1 teams qualify. 10 or more teams = top 4 teams qualify. National Championships: Top 8 teams qualify to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games from each division. National Events: These events are Qualified ONLY (you must qualify from the selected events in each Zones; in addition the hosting district will qualify 5-6 teams to the event). *League & Invitational Events do not qualify teams to the West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games.
