Prizes are awarded according to points and enrollments, and range from $250 spending cash to a grand suite for 2 on the cruise ship plus a $2,000 travel reimbursement and $1,000 spending cash.

OPTING IN

Bronze – Platinum associates earn points when they are paid at their lifetime rank or one rank below their lifetime rank as follows:

All participants must opt in using the Ascent widget to play and win. Associates may opt in and begin participating in the incentive any time during the qualification period. All enrollments from January 7, 2017, will count towards Ascent qualification regardless of when the associate opts in.

Participants must be at the lifetime rank of Bronze – Platinum to participate in Ascent and may advance to the rank of Bronze at any time during the qualification period.

ENROLLMENTS Both associate and preferred customer enrollments count for Ascent qualification with an autoship template. Associates must enroll with 100 PV and preferred customers with 50 PV.

REWARDS All Ascent qualifiers are eligible to attend the trip. ASEA awards travel reimbursement based on points earned and enrollments. The top three prize packages have a limited number of winners and will be awarded to the top point earners. In the event of a tie, points, enrollments, and time of achievement will act as tiebreakers.

RULES

DIAMOND BUY-INS

Associates must attend ASEA Ascent to claim any spending cash, rewards, and/or reimbursement. Travel reimbursement will be awarded via ASEA SmartWallet within 30 days of the end of the cruise with ASEA’s verification that the associate has attended the cruise. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Associates can only win the Grand Prize one time, and then are no longer eligible in future years. In the event of a tie for any of the top three prize packages, points, enrollments, and time of achievement will act as tiebreakers. If qualifier states that they are attending the trip and neglects to attend the trip without a 60-day notice, ASEA may charge any expenses incurred back to that associate’s account. ASEA LLC reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of incentive winners for printed and online media to market ASEA products and promotions.

Diamond-level associates also have the option to attend Ascent at their own cost and may bring a plus-one and any additional guests.

CANCELLATIONS

The canceling associate, whether a qualifier or buying in, is responsible for reimbursing ASEA all cancellation fees within 60 days of cancellation. Failure to reimburse the company will result in commissions being held until cancellation money is collected. Fee schedule is as follows. 31 – 60 Days Prior April 27 – May 26 $100 cancellation fee per person 15 – 30 Days Prior May 27 – June 11 50% of total cruise cost per person 14 or Fewer Days Prior June 12 – 26 At this point the trip is non-refundable and the associate is responsible for paying 100% of the cruise cost per person.

ASEA LLC, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive.

INFORMATION

ASEA LLC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the incentive trip.

Once you qualify for Ascent, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the registration site. All qualifiers and buyins who complete registration by April 14, 2017, will be guaranteed a cabin. After that date, cabins are subject to availability. Final registration must be completed by May 5, 2017.

This is an individual distributorship-based incentive. Each distributorship will participate and accumulate points on their own, not in combination with other distributorships or as teams.

TERMS UPGRADES

All requests for upgrades must be made by April 14, 2017. Additional costs associated with upgrading are the responsibility of the associate. Upgrades are based on availability and may vary in price depending on the cabin category and date of purchase.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Associates who win travel vouchers will be responsible for booking their own travel arrangements to and from port. Travel reimbursements are available at 4th place and above. Cancellations must be made 60 days in advance to avoid fees.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

If you would like to add travel insurance to your trip, please make your own arrangements.

Ascent qualifiers are welcome to bring family members (beyond their one guest) at their own cost. Additional cabins will be subject to availability and priced at the cruise line’s discretion.

Any Diamond associate or qualifying Bronze – Platinum associate who has earned at least a 6th place prize package during the qualification period may buy into the Ascent trip. Associates buying in will be responsible for paying for the cost of the trip and choosing cabin style upon registering for the cruise. You must have a current passport with an expiration date valid at least six months beyond your return date. Check with your government on additional visa requirements. Wired and wireless internet is available on board; locations vary depending on the ship. Prices for internet access vary and are subject to change.

We recommend checking the website www.cdc.gov or www.who.int for up-to-date information on immunizations.
