Entries to be judged must be lined up on Memory Lane or in the Stripes parking lot by 8:00 am. Judging will be from 8:30 to 9:30am. If you do not wish to be judged, you must be in place and ready to go by 9:30 am. The Chamber is not responsible for accidents or loss.

Please TYPE or PRINT the above information completely. PARADE WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE Please return form to the Chamber office NO LATER than June 28, 2017 to be included in the parade script! Line-up will be “first-come, first-served” so you are encouraged to submit your entry as soon as possible.

Float Entries are $10 each / Riders, Walkers, Bikes and Carts are $5 per group Return completed entry form and payment to:
