2017 MTC Airtime Competition 02 May to 02 August 2017. MTC Airtime Competition: Terms & Conditions 1. Duration:
The competition is valid from 2nd of May 2017 until the 2nd of August 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the competition period)
2. Eligibility:
This competition is open to Bank Windhoek, CellPhone Banking, Mobile App and EasyWallet clients (Bank Windhoek Client).
The employees of Bank Windhoek Ltd, Capricorn Investment Holdings (CIH) and its subsidiaries, any company within the CIH Group Companies, and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this competition.
All entrants should declare whether or not they are employees or direct parties, providing false information could be seen as fraud and could result in disciplinary action and, or automatic disqualification.
Any Bank Windhoek Client who purchase MTC airtime using the Bank Windhoek App, CellPhone Banking or EasyWallet for an accumulative amount of N$ 100.00 or more, within the calendar month are deemed eligible for entry into the Competition and thus eligible for the monthly prize.
In the event that a Bank Windhoek client buys MTC airtime for a third party, only the mobile number that is doing the purchase will be considered for the Competition and not the third party airtime recipient.
Any Bank Windhoek Client whose MTC airtime purchases was declined, for whatsoever reason will not be deemed as eligible for entry into the Competition and thus will not be eligible for the monthly prize.
3. How to enter the competition
Participation in the competition is automatic for clients who meet all the qualifying criteria.
To qualify for the competition, clients are required to: o
Successfully purchase MTC airtime using the Bank Windhoek App, CellPhone Banking or EasyWallet for an accumulative amount of N$ 100.00 or more, within the specific calendar month.
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Bank Windhoek reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes for the competition are:
Stand a chance to win one of one of three Huawei P9 Smartphones.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
No negotiation shall be entered into regarding the prizes; the judge’s decision is final.
Competition winners are to collect their prizes in person from Brand Marketing Department located at Frans Indongo Road, Forum Building, 1st floor, Bank Windoek Brand Marketing Offices.

Winners Selection
The monthly winners will be selected from a qualifying database by way of random system generated draw approved by the Bank Windhoek Internal Audit Department.
The draw process will be overseen by the Bank Windhoek Internal Audit department.
Competition draws date will take place within the first week of June, July and August 2017.
The winner(s) will be notified telephonically.
All winners should provide their original identification documents upon collecting their prizes (ID, birth certificate, passport and valid driver’s license).
A replacement winner will be randomly selected making use of the same draw process should a winner not be successfully contacted within 3 days of the draw or be unable to accept a prize for whatsoever reason.

Winners List
The winners consent to be photographed and their name and surnames being made publicly available in a form of broadcast, social or published material and media.

Other
Bank Windhoek reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
Any tax liability as a result of accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
Bank Windhoek will not be responsible for any costs or expenses which you incur during and for purposes of your entry into the Competition and your acceptance and/or use of a prize.
Bank Windhoek‘s decisions in relation to any aspects of the Competition are final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Bank Windhoek and its associated agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition.
Bank Windhoek reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Bank Windhoek Client who Bank Windhoek has reasons to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Bank Windhoek’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
All entries become the property of Bank Windhoek. Bank Windhoek collects personal information about the entrants in order to conduct the Competition and to enable them to participate in this Competition but no further use of this information will be made without the permission of the entrant. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Bank Windhoek, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, Bank Windhoek reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the Competition including these terms and conditions, and/or to cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
You, and in the event of your death, your family, dependents, heirs, assignees or any other beneficiaries of your estate, indemnify and hold Bank Windhoek and its affiliates harmless against any claim by you (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, relating to any injury, loss, liability, expense and/or damage which you may suffer, howsoever arising, in relation to your entry into this competition and/or acceptance and/or use by you of a prize.
