This form acts as your RSVP. In the occurrence you cannot attend, please send another representative in your place (please provide prior to the luncheon). Watch for your Monthly Chamber Newsletter for details on each luncheon. Standing RSVP: A Standing RSVP is a guaranteed reservation for each luncheon and you will be invoiced monthly.
