I, the above named vendor, as a condition of acceptance of this application, do hereby agree to waive and release any and all claims against the City of The Colony, and The Colony Parks and Recreation Department, and their employees, trustees and agents, individually and in their capacity as such, any other sponsors of this event and all officials for any injury or illness which may directly result from my participation in any event and its related activities. My claims remain waived even though liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness of persons or entities mentioned above. I hereby grant permission to the City of The Colony and The Colony Parks and Recreation Department to use pictures or videos including me for any publicity and/or promotion purposes without obligation or liability to me and without restrictions.

Movies in the Park Each vendor will be provided with a booth space approximately 10' x 10'. The vendor is required to supply all items required for their booth area (tables, chairs, etc.) Electricity is not available.

Back 2 School Bash Each exhibitor will be provided a booth space approximately 8' x 8', one table and 2 chairs. The exhibitor must supply all other items needed for their booth area. Each exhibitor MUST distribute at least one school supply to each child in attendance - 500. Please contact [email protected] for supply suggestions. In addition, businesses may distribute other promotional items (i.e. printed materials, magnets, pens, etc.) School supply: This is an event focused on Back 2 School and all giveaways MUST be related to that theme in some fashion. Sorry NO Pencils (unless providing a full 12ct pack).

Spring Eggstravaganza Each vendor will be provided with a booth space approximately 10' x 10'. The vendor is required to supply all items required for their booth area (tables, chairs, etc.) Electricity is not available.

Liberty By The Lake Each vendor will be given a 10' x 10' plot and provided one 2.5’ x 8’ table. Any other supplies are the responsibility of vendor. Shade structures must not exceed 10' x 10'. Electricity is not available. Only 2 of each vendor type allowed.

American Heroes Each participating business will be given a 10' x 10' plot under a group shade structure and provided one 2.5’ x 8’ table. Any other supplies (chairs, etc.) are the responsibility of each participant. Only 2 of each vendor type allowed.

This is an event focused on people and their dogs, and all vendors must be related to that theme in some fashion.
