Exhibitor Move-out Friday, March 2nd, 2018 After 2:30 p.m. ** Exhibits must be removed from area by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 2 to allow for event set-up. ** Tables will be clearly marked with your firm’s name. Exhibit Times Exhibitors will be required to staff their booths during the following dates and times: •
Opening Night Welcome Reception, Thursday, March 1st

Exhibitor Guidelines •
All exhibitors are responsible to have staffing at their booths during the times outlined above.
•
Exhibitors will receive two exhibition passes (please fill out names on next page). Due to space restrictions, only two exhibitors to a booth.
•
Passes are valid for admission to the conference for EXHIBITION TIMES ONLY. If these representatives wish to attend other functions, then they must register as a delegate. Registration forms are available at www.nlca.ca or by contacting the NLCA office at 709-753-8920.
•
A representative from your firm can pick-up the exhibitor passes at the registration desk on beginning on Thursday, March 2nd from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
•
Exhibitors can feel free to pass out promotional items during exhibition times or hold in-booth promotions or prize draws.
•

The Delta Hotel St. John’s has wireless internet access in their building, this is a complimentary service, that can be accessed without a password.
