The pro ect allows participants and festival visitors the opportunity to participate in new experiences develop new uses for local natural resources as well as those of a cultural heritage and traditional nature and promote regional tourism. n enhancing experience for international participants and festival visitors ali e. n return ortsoy Community nterprise will organise similar delegations to represent the orth erdeenshire area at forthcoming atvian and stonian festivals in ugust.
