THE BEAUTY & BUBBLES EXPERIENCE We’ll create a VIP beauty bar space in a private room at Hisense Arena to offer mini makeovers to clients for pre-awards night touchups (hair, makeup or nails). This amazing space will feature a specialty prosecco van serving sparkling wine, water and soft drinks to guests. We’ll send out branded communication to clients prior to the event creating a real buzz of excitement for this very special experience. A booking page featuring your logo will be created for clients to book their mini makeover (only 100 spots will be available for this exclusive experience) while 10 spots will be reserved for your own special guests. PHOTO & GIF BOOTH We’ll create a branded social media photo and GIF booth – a freestanding booth with the option to add a media wall, banners or branded backdrop. The booth will be located in prime position within our exhibition area & catering space across both conference days and throughout the Awards Night. Event attendees can post their photo or GIF direct to their social media, with predefined hashtags and sponsors logo/branding on the photos. A live feed of images onto the main event conference screen over both days will show a rolling loop of photo’s during breaks and key times, featuring sponsor logo/branding.
