WHAT IS THIS PROJECT GOING TO ACCOMPLISH? The street preservation program is a strategy for improvement and preservation of all City streets, which can include hot mix overlay of major streets, cold mix overlay of residential streets, chip seal, and slurry seal preservation of streets on a prescribed reoccurring schedule. PROJECT SCHEDULE Winter 2017 – Design Spring 2018 – Bid & Award Summer 2018 - Construction HOW WILL THIS PROJECT BE FUNDED? This project is funded with gas tax dollars.
