Since January 2015, the tier 1 property managers (Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, GVA Grimley, JLL, Knight Frank and Savills) have won 288 awards worth £93M and been listed on 197 frameworks with an estimated value to them of £235M

A framework is an agreement between a contracting authority and supplier(s) establishing the terms of future procurement “call-offs”. The overall value listed on a framework is the maximum that could be issued over its lifetime and is not guaranteed. Our estimate comes from dividing this overall value equally between the suppliers on the agreement.

CBRE leads the pack based on award value, having won awards with a lifetime value of £32M or 34% of the total value issued. Savills has the highest estimated framework value, with £102M or 43% of the total estimated value

The top 10 buyers account for 60% of the total award value and 91% of the total estimated framework value issued to the tier 1 property managers

6 of the top 10 contracts were frameworks which accounted for 90% of the total estimated framework value issued. Half of the top 10 contracts went to a single supplier
