Case 20–CA–035419 December 24, 2015 DECISION AND ORDER BY CHAIRMAN PEARCE AND MEMBERS MISCIMARRA AND MCFERRAN On November 6, 2012, Administrative Law Judge William L. Schmidt issued the attached decision. The Respondent filed exceptions and a supporting brief. The Acting General Counsel filed an answering brief and cross-exceptions with a supporting brief. The Charging Party together with the Intervenor Union (collectively, the Charging Party) filed a cross-exception and a combined brief in opposition to the Respondent’s exceptions and in support of its cross-exception.
