Parking areas can be accessed from Harden Street Extension and Bull Street throughout the event. If you’re entering downtown Columbia from SC-277, which turns into Bull Street, take a left on Harden Street Extension to access event parking. If you’re coming from downtown Columbia, traveling north on Bull Street, take a right on Colonial Drive (prior to 7 a.m.) to access parking. Colonial Drive will be closed at 7 a.m. After 7 a.m., parking will be accessible from Bull Street just beyond Colonial Drive and from the Harden Street Extension. Look for parking signs and green balloons stationed in front of parking area entries.
