Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) In his ninth term in the House, Congressman Adam Schiff is the ranking Democrat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. The Committee oversees the nation’s intelligence agencies, which include components from the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, State and Energy. Congressman Schiff is a former federal prosecutor, and also served a four-year term as a state senator in California before his election to Congress.

Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) Senator Roy Blunt is the vice chairman of the Senate Republican Conference, the No. 4 elected GOP leadership position. He is a senior member of the Appropriations Committee, as well as chairman of the subcommittee that funds federal healthcare, education and labor programs. Senator Blunt previously served in the House, including as the majority whip.

Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) Congressman Paul Ryan is the 54th Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. Now serving his 10th and final term in the House, he represents Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District. He previously served as chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee and the House Budget Committee.

Congresswoman Anna Eshoo (D-CA) Congresswoman Anna Eshoo is a senior member of the Energy and Commerce Committee and serves as the ranking Democrat of the Communications and Technology Subcommittee. Representing Silicon Valley in Congress for decades, Congresswoman Eshoo has been recognized as a leader on policy regarding innovative technology as well as the life sciences.

Congressman James Clyburn (D-SC) Congressman James Clyburn serves as the assistant Democratic leader, the thirdhighest ranking Democrat in the House. First elected in 1993, he is a former chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus and has held several leadership positions within the Democratic Caucus.

Senator Joe Donnelly (D-IN) Senator Joe Donnelly is a leading voice in the Senate, consistently rated among the most bipartisan senators. He serves on the Senate Agriculture Committee, Armed

Services Committee and Banking Committee. Prior to his election to the Senate in 2012, he served three terms in the House representing northern Indiana.

Congressman Steny Hoyer (D-MD) Congressman Steny Hoyer is the minority whip, the No. 2 elected leader among House Democrats. He was first elected to represent his suburban Washington district in 1981. When Democrats were in the House majority from 2007 to 2011, he served as majority leader.

She is a senior member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, which has jurisdiction over healthcare, telecommunications and energy policy.

Congressman Greg Walden (R-OR) Congressman Greg Walden is chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which has jurisdiction over healthcare, telecommunications and energy policies. First elected to Congress in 1998, he previously served in both chambers of the Oregon Legislature. He also previously served as chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, the House Republicans’ campaign arm.
