TERMS AND CONDITIONS A special offer (Turbo Bonus Payments) are available to new Consultants that start their Thermomix ® business (have a start date) between 1 April and 30 June 2017 and who: • •
Submit a Contractor Application Form (CAF) and purchase order for a Thermomix ® or Have purchased a Thermomix ® up to one month before submitting a Contractor Application Form.
Returning TM5 Ambassadors are ineligible for Turbo bonus payments. Changing start or training dates may affect eligibility for Turbo bonus payments, Thermomix ® will advise on any requests. Where at least four closed sales are achieved in the defined 60DP commission period, or in a single month of the period and the standard commission payable on those sales is less than $2129, a Turbo bonus payment will be made to take the total commission amount to at least $2129. Commission payments for the sales (closed) within the 60DP Turbo bonus period are calculated according to the standard commission table outlined in the Contractor Commission schedule. This bonus payment is intended to cover the cost of the Thermomix ® and contribute towards any fees and charges incurred in purchasing the Thermomix ®.
