BLUEBERRY LEMON SORBET
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 pound fresh or frozen blueberries • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin • 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate • 1/4 cup sugar or local honey • 1/4 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
• Combine gelatin and lemonade concentrate in microwavable bowl. Let stand for one minute and stir. Microwave until gelatin in dissolved. • Place blueberries, sugar or honey, and gelatin and lemonade mixture in blender. • Blend until smooth. • Add ice cubes and blend until frothy. • You can serve immediately or freeze four hours for a firmer sorbet.
