If you’re unable to attend the expo, you may authorize someone to pick up your items for you. This person must come with a copy of your photo ID. Once at the expo, pick up your bib number first as you must present it to claim your shirt. While we will do all we can to ensure you receive the shirt size you request, unfortunately we cannot make any guarantees. The back of your bib number will have space for you to list your emergency contact, please be sure to complete this information prior to race day. Important notes about picking up your bib number: • Bib numbers are not mailed out and must be picked up in person at the AFC Fitness Expo on Friday or Saturday. • A photo ID must be presented to claim your bib number and if you’re unable to pick up your bib number, you may have someone pick it up by presenting a photocopy or electronic copy of your photo ID. 5K RACE DAY BIB PICK UP If you’re unable to attend the AFC Fitness Expo and need to pick up your bib number on race day, you can do so at the 5K start area the morning of the race starting at 5:45 a.m. Race shirts will be available in the finish line festival area. TIMING We use the ChronoTrack B-tag. The back of your bib number will have a plastic strip which is the B-tag.
