PART 1 Source of Fortune

Lots of people miss this part. Without what we discuss here, you don’t own any business. May be you own a job, but that’s about it. This is the source of the blood stream that the life of you business needs to survive at any point in time.



Chapter 1 1st SECRET Direct Response Traffic

Not all traffic sources are direct response traffic. A lot of people are going around the internet right now teaching all kinds of online traffic sources. Let me just tell you exactly what direct response traffic means.

It means you have an offer; you give it to a particular audience that's most likely to purchase from you. You’ve seen some of this stuff traditionally already so don’t over think it and think that because it’s the internet it’s supposed to be complicated.

It’s as simple as you have an offer, something valuable to a particular demographic of customers, and then you offer it to them, and you position it in a place where they’re most likely going to find it. Not only that, you position it in front of people that are most likely interested in what you are offering. Most likely interested

Most people miss the road on this one. If you’re in a business right now and you are building it either online or offline, the same thing counts. People are making the same mistakes all over the place.

You have people offline going to the mall to distribute flyers on the cars. You're wasting your time if you’re doing that. You have a one in a million chance that you’re going to have anybody pick up the phone and actually call you, much less buying your products, services or opportunities. From everybody that calls you, you probably have only one out of 20 people that will actually buy. So if you're doing that you're wasting your time.

Think about this. Traditionally you have infomercials on your TV late at night. You’ve seen many of the big gurus that teach people how to make money and things of that nature. Even though many of them are going to sell you crap that you really can’t put to use, right? But they’re still on the TV marketing like a PRO.



They know that most people that are looking to make millions are probably watching videos at night and they can catch their best attention at night. The “most likely” keyword phrase comes in right there too# they probably can catch your attention “most likely” at night because the kids are off to bed, the dog is somewhere in the corner quiet—everything is quiet.

There are also fewer cars on the road making noise even if the prospect has a road passing through close to the house. They know most likely the prospect is going to watch and listen attentively enough to make an order by calling the 800 number, going to a website or take the desired action .

So the key word phrase is “most likely.” The keyword phrase that you really want to attach to direct response traffic is positioning your offer in front of “massive traffic.” There is another keyword right there# “Massive.”

In other words, if your traffic is 2 or 3 people per day being exposed to your offer, that is not good enough. You’ve got to find a way to leverage something that will put your offer in front of thousands per day. Direct response traffic is a key factor. You pay for advertisement just like you would pay for advertising if you own a McDonald's business. If you owned any kind of franchise outlet which they would normally charge you hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars to start, you know for a fact you’re going to need money to market because they're going to check your existing assets-fixed and liquid. They’re going to make sure that you absolutely understand that you need to be an entrepreneur and you will spend money on advertising.

You position your opportunity in front of a demographic, a certain type of people that will “most likely” buy from you. That's the number one secret. Here’s a typical example of how it works.

Let’s say for example you position an ad in Yahoo, Bing, Google or Facebook. Any one of those platforms are great places to position your ad, and when people click on your ad, they come to something we call a capture, landing or squeeze page. The purpose of that page is simply to pique people’s interest and collect their contact information so you can send them some more materials. When they opt in to that form, meaning they enter their name, email or phone number, we call it a lead. The more information you ask for the less number of people are going to fill out the form. The way we personally prefer to do this is to collect email addresses ONLY. There's no need for name because I'm not going to be calling their names. We collect the email address so we can send the prospect some free information and possible exclusive offers.

Yes it's absolutely true, free information that will take anywhere from 5 days to 60 days that the prospect is going to receive for free. Free information that will teach them how to build a business successfully online: or free information about whatever the offer is. They will totally appreciate you. Not only appreciate you, they will literally on autopilot be building a relationship with you.

All of this stuff that I’m talking about right now is automated. So they click on an ad, they get on the landing page; they fill out a form in exchange for some free information.

If you’ve done it the right way you should have between 20% and 50% of people filling out the form. When they fill out the form, they should be landing on a one time or a limited time offer--meaning you’re giving them a special offer for taking action immediately. comfortable. You shouldn’t care about that because this is why you need massive traffic.

I don't care how good you are of a closer. You’ve had people tell you “we can teach you how to close about 50% of the people.” That’s complete nonsense talk, just so you know. If you close 20% of people that actually see an offer, you must be a genius or something. Here’s the best part of the situation, you don't need to close 20%; if you close 5% to 7% of people that see an offer, and if you know how to do that effectively you'll become profitable and you’ll totally build a 7 figure income. You don’t need to be able to close 20% or 50% of people. You don’t need to waste your emotional energy on why it is a given to get 90% rejections in effective sales. After all, they are auto electronic rejections anyway.

I admit. We don’t like rejections as humans. Let’s be frank and honest with ourselves. We all are humans and we don’t like rejection. We don’t like people telling us “NO”. The key to success in business is to get as many “NO’s” and rejections as possible through your sales process. That also automatically has direct proportionality to how many “YES’s” you will get, and “YES’s” are going to make you a fortune.



You have people on the third step here paying you to take a limited time offer immediately--just for taking a fast action. Then you do the same thing over and over again. As you buy ads, you figure out the ads that gave the most money. Therefore you must have a kind of traffic tracking device. That’s part of the direct response traffic secret. You must be tracking what is converting to money for you and what is not converting. Traditionally in most businesses, they teach to just put a shop anywhere, and go pitch your family and friends, and there’s no way to tell if one activity is paying you better than the other. If you’re going to do that, first of all you’re not well optimized. Second of all you’re going to get tired of that sooner or later because you’re going to lose money automatically.

The more money you lose the closer you are to absolutely becoming one of those 95% in any business that crash and burn before one year. Actually statistically, it’s before five years, but what I’ve found in my own statistics is before six months, most people quit their businesses. I am sure you don't want to be one of those people.

So you want to be buying more of those profitable ads, and you want to eliminate those that are not giving you money. You want to do the same thing over and over again. Page 15 of 113 © All Rights Reserved – myEmpirePRO.com


If you have any interest whatsoever in any kind of viral infrastructure or viral traffic, which means other people referring people to you or tools referring people to you, this is the time to set it up. You don’t want to set that up before buying traffic first. That’s the mistake that most people make. They try to setup some viral sneaky little free traffic getting thing in the beginning and that’s not going to work. You set that up after you buy traffic because that becomes extra bonus money in your pocket instead of you depending your life and business on hope and getting lucky.

Quick recap! Step one: You want to get direct response traffic to a landing page. Step two: Give them a one-time offer that they can buy immediately relatively cheap for taking fast action. The more people do that up front action, the more profitable you get. You can now turn the money around for more ads.



“Wait a minute; the money is not for spending?” Not yet. I’m going to show you how to get the money that will make you a fortune. This money is actually for recurring marketing. This money you’re getting on step three right here when you make sales is for buying more traffic. Most businesses especially when we’re talking about network marketing and home business opportunities are trying to have you make the money that’s going to make you a fortune upfront, and it doesn’t work like that my friend.

customer and they don’t up-sell by saying “would you want fries with that?” or “would you want a dollar of apple pie with that?” they won’t be the McDonald that you know today.

Tell me how come they haven't taught you how to do that? And even people that claim they have taught you how to do that, they have conversions that suck. Literally all you’re making money from is some stupid $47 stuff, and you can’t retire from a job like that. If you’re making one sale every other day of $47, and they’re only paying you $15 commission out of that, you can't create a fortune with that, it’s impossible, think about it and do the simple math. You can’t.



So here’s how it works. I had to put up a typical example here. You have an example right in front of you of a regular Google page. Somebody typed in “airline ticket”. You can see a couple of advertisers who have ads in front of Google for that keyword phrase. This is the best direct response traffic you can possibly get. But obviously there are challenges here and there. That’s why we’re here. Look at the one in red circles to the right and at the top. You have a paid ad—somebody paid money to be up there. The one in green right in the center is called natural and organic search results, and that takes forever to get your site to that point by way Page 19 of 113 © All Rights Reserved – myEmpirePRO.com


of search engine optimization (S.E.O). There are little sneaky things here and there you can do, but they don’t work all the time.

You don’t want to base your business over stuff that doesn’t work all the time or stuff that works only a very little amount of the time as compared to how many times you try it. Here’s the thing with those red side and top circles, you can get red hot leads from there and the best part is that you can turn them on or off at any time that you want. There are multiple platforms where you can place an ad like this.

Let’s dissect this example. Someone is looking for an airline ticket, and there you have an ad, the second one to the right, that says cheapest airline ticket.

What else are you looking for when searching for airline tickets than a cheap airline ticket? What else are most people that are most likely to buy from you right now searching for? So when you have someone using the word “cheap” in their quest or search, you are allowed to assume that they are looking to buy something--but cheap.

These are not people clicking on your ads for the fun of it. Most likely, they are serious, ready to buy when they click on your ad. That’s a Page 20 of 113 © All Rights Reserved – myEmpirePRO.com


typical example of direct response traffic. If you look up there, you’ll see that number, 22.9 million web pages are competing to rank for that keyword phrase, “airline tickets”. They are not competing because they are stupid; they are competing for the money that’s already being spent on Google.

Here’s another example of a Facebook ad.



Here’s another platform you can advertise on and we personally advertise here heavily. You probably came in through our funnel by way of Facebook. If you look on the right hand side, you can see those ads.

Here’s the beauty about building a business online. You can target the kind of people you want and the type of clients you want to work with by simply targeting their interests, their behaviors etc. Facebook tracks all that stuff for you and they allow you to pay a little fee, $1 here and there for each person that click on you ad.

Obviously, not everybody that clicks will buy, right, but that’s the secret. I don’t need everybody to buy. I am still going to be in profit, and build a 7 figure empire. I can even pay as much as $10 per click if I want based on the secrets that I am sharing with you in this book.

That’s how profitable this business can be when you get it right. You can target interests. You can target behaviors. You can target demographics like age and gender and see exactly who is converting more.



We’ve personally noticed over time and different tests that women mostly are interested in taking charge of their financial lives, and that’s why I love women.

We, men, are just extra skeptical. That’s just in our nature. We want to question everything even when evidence is in front of our eyes and opportunities are passing us—sad but truth. Women always step up to the plate to take advantage of opportunities. I find that to be very inspiring.

Here’s the thing. You’ve probably seen our ads all over the place, and we make loads of money just from advertising on Facebook and you’re going to learn how to do the same thing. That’s direct response traffic.

Let me dispel some of the myths right here right now. You have people telling you send your ad to Facebook fan page so you can have some viral stuff going on. You don’t need to do that because you’re reading this book right now.



Let’s Bust Some Myths. You don’t need to send your Facebook traffic to a Facebook fan page because you think there is a better chance that Facebook will approve your ad. Facebook doesn’t necessarily need you to send your traffic to their own platform before they can approve your ad. A lot of times when you send people to a Facebook fan page you have distractions like other peoples’ ads that can cause distractions from taking the ultimate action that you desire. As much as possible you want to avoid sneaky stupid stuff like this.

There are certain rules in place that Facebook wants you to do when you are sending traffic outside. You might pay .22¢ more per click. That’s nothing as compared to the potential profits of this business. You’re not going to pay more than $1 per click as I’m not paying more than $1 per click at this time. I’m paying as little as .50¢ per click on some of my ads but I’m willing to pay as much as $10 per click, but I set a bid of $1 and my ads are doing just fine.

So here’s the point of this particular lesson. You can set your ad and target interest, behavior, and demographics and there’s nothing better than the fact that you can actually test and see which one is converting better for you and you can focus all your marketing dollars on that. If you want to build a business, you need to swim with the sharks of the business. If you don’t want to swim with the sharks, you’re going to get lost in the middle of this ocean. Finally I want to bust this myth of “free traffic”, there is no such thing and let’s be clear about that. There are email solo ads which you pay money for, there are banner ads, and these are all different direct response traffic sources that are very effective that you can learn more about as we go along.

Is there viral traffic? Yes there is, but you should not be setting up viral traffic upfront. The appropriate thing is to buy traffic first, get them through your sale process, and then you can set up some viral stuff that will make them automatically, consciously or unconsciously refer people back to you for free. That’s what we call viral traffic. But if you make your business depend on that, that is you depending on hope of getting lucky. Your business will end up crashing and burning.



Chapter 2 2nd SECRET List Building

You have probably heard people tell you that your list is an asset. Even the traditional network marketing companies tell you to build a list of prospects and sort through the list. Truly you need to be sorting through the list, but sorting does not replace selling—never. You can sort, but you’re still selling. I know this might be your first time hearing that.

As a matter of fact one of my mentors said selling is sacred. If you don’t sell, people don’t value your offer and you. Let’s be frank, people have a certain subconscious thing anything free has no value. To a certain extent, they are right.

Back to topic, list building and sorting through the list is powerful. You want to build a prospects list, you want to build a customers list, and then you want to build followership. The more people follow you, the more



audience you have listening to you. Last but not least, the more money you’re going to make.

I want to show you how to build a loyal followership that will buy anything you recommend. Obviously you want to be recommending stuff the right way—ethically, i.e. stuff that is really going to serve your customers.

We all have problems one way or the other. There is somebody right now working on a product ready to provide a solution for my problem or you can call it answers to my questions. Even after selling their product to me, they may recommend other related solutions over time for me so I can be served adequately and in the process become a loyal follower of their brand.

We see that in entertainment too. We have reality TV shows that we follow loyally because they entertain us all the time. Our problem is that as consumers, we need to be entertained every now and then. These people position their lives on reality TV, game shows, sports etc. as solutions. They get paid for doing that, and we get served with value which is entertainment.



The same thing in your business, if you can’t compare your business to what I just said you may in the wrong business. Maybe you just need help identifying it. You can do it and we can help.

You must find absolute fulfillment in serving people before you can create a fortune. If you don’t have that, unfortunately you have no business being an entrepreneur. Even on a corporate or regular job, you still have to serve somebody. The difference is that you get paid by way of salary which means getting paid less than your worth.

I take that back. You are not getting paid less than your worth. It is more of your potential that you are getting paid less than. To reframe, if you’re serving people by way of a job and getting paid $30,000 to $40,000 per year or even less, you are getting paid less than your potential but you are getting paid your exact worth. However, you can increase your worth by educating yourself and implementing with massive action. Your worth and your potential are two different things.

So, secret number two, you need to build a list of customers, prospects, and build a followership. It’s as simple as that.



The list you build is a major asset. That’s really the only asset in anyone’s business. Everything can crash and burn. The relationships you create in this business, outside of this business and/or even in your personal life, are the major assets when it comes to building a business because that’s what we build on—the emotional relationships as well.

You have heard of the example of Donald Trump, who built millions of dollars in assets and lost everything back in the nineties because of the attack on the economy at that time. Everything crashed and burned. This guy was down in the negative hundreds of millions of dollars.

The relationships that he has over time allowed him to become a multi-billionaire again and that’s the same thing that you need to understand here. List building as the 2nd secret must not be underestimated. It’s ONE major assets that you have.

Now obviously time is a big asset too, because if you don’t have time you can’t build a list right? But here’s the thing, this one will fall under the couple of major assets that you have in your business.



Automated List Building Tools You shouldn’t be building a list manually. It just won’t make any business sense in 21st century. You want to invest in an auto responder. This is a tool that keeps a database of you prospects and customers.

Whatever you pay on your auto-responder, $20 per month or whatever you’re paying on that, is absolutely going to be the best money you invest in your business because that’s where you make most of your money from if you follow our exact blueprint like we’re teaching you right now.

Let’s Bust Some Myths. In traditional MLMs or network marketing home businesses, your upline probably taught you to just put 15-100 people from your friends and family on your prospect list immediately. If you’ve been told that you can build a business or downline this way, it is a lie.

The truth is most people are only going to get pain and rejections from that 15-100 of your so-called warm market. It doesn’t work for most people. You might have 1 out of 100 people that are just lucky and they happen to find a shark in the midst of their 15-100 that gets it.



Here is the problem. Usually, in MLM or network marketing you have those two or three organization legs that you’re supposed to build. But if you find one leg those MLM corporate people are so sneaky that you’re not going to make money even if that one organization leg is booming in production.

(MLM is the same as network marketing through out this book).

You’re going to have to work harder to get the second organization leg to produce and that might be the worst nightmare you’ve ever had to encounter in your life and business. If you don’t understand everything I just said, that means you’re brand new to the home business arena called MLM or Network Marketing; don’t worry about it.

Just understand that your friends and family are relatively bad quality of prospects. You need to build quality prospects, people that are absolutely most likely# remember the key phrase from secret number #1# most likely ready to buy from you. I didn’t say 100% sure they’re going to buy# I just said most likely will buy from you. That’s who you want, and most likely your friends and family are just not interested in whatever you’re doing. If you contact them, they look at your action and say “is that what I’m going to have to do; pester my own family and friends around the street, becoming obnoxious, and people running away from me at the family reunion because they think I’m going to pitch them again?”

Now remember that you know this already. If you keep doing the same things, you’re going to keep getting the same result. Someone’s out there teaching you “If you’re avoiding your friends and family, your competitors will approach them.” Here is the attitude you need to have. “Okay go to them. Sure. Absolutely.”

Here’s the thing. When you have an abundance mindset, you wouldn’t care if anybody else goes to your family and friends. Yours is to worry about how you’re going to build a profitable empire and that’s it. Not if somebody’s going to steal your family or friends. See you have to own something before you can claim that it was stolen.

I personally don’t care if someone recruits my brother into a business opportunity because we’re different human beings. Even if it’s my blood brother, he has his own path and I have my own path. searching on Google, Facebook, rambling around the internet looking for ways they can create income from home and/or looking for a way to take their business to the next level.

Those people are your best prospects. The skill set of knowing how to funnel those people into a place where you can absolutely serve them, get paid, build a 7 figure empire all on auto pilot is where you want to get to.



PART 3 The Power of Multiplication

I have a question for you. What is “2 multiplied by 25”? That will be 50… right? Ok! What about 2 to the power of 50? What about multiplying 2 by it self 50 different times? I asked this question from an audience one time and they were all wrong. I remember 625 standing out as an answer and it makes little or no wonder that most people don’t know the wealth building power they possess. By the time you multiply 2 by it self 10 times, it’s already 1,024. As for 50 times, that will be 1,125,899,906,842,624. Yea… Crazy! Let’s talk about building an empire by way of multiplications exponentially.

So now you understand why you should build a list of prospects and serve them. Where do you nurture and water these seeds? The answer is a high converting funnel. totally forgot about. I know you have people telling you in network marketing that you can’t join this and that and jump around.

Here’s the thing about jumping around# it’s a little tricky. Here is the truth about the whole idea of discouraging people from jumping around in this industry. It’s useless. The market is volatile and jumping around will happen. The question now is how can you profit in the midst of that known fact? Another truth is that some people need to jump around as it is their actual path to success—just jumping around.

Here is another perspective. If you don’t jump around what are you doing exactly when you are trying different ads out to find the one that’s working the best, and becoming more profitable for you? You have to try a couple of different things# the right word is “testing”# You absolutely will test a couple of things before you can find the one that truly resonate with your style. The truth of the matter is that some of us have to do that first before we find our true calling. And I call it true calling because this business will make you fortunes when you get it right. When you get to a point where you’re profitable and you are changing your life, it’s absolutely worth all the jumping around that’s required to get to that point.



Multiple Stream of Income I’m not big on bashing gurus. There are gurus out there selling a bunch of crap and many are selling good quality--that’s their business. Sometimes you have to go through that phase to get to this type of information in this book that will absolutely change your life. Here’s what you need to know now. Multiple streams of income will always be the key to building a 7 figure empire anywhere on planet earth.

Most people are not going to be attracted to any one particular product. If all you sell is one particular product—let’s call it red apples, there are going to be some people out there who are not interested in red apples. Since you’re selling fruits anyway, why not sell some oranges, bananas, green apples and some other fruits in your arsenal so you can sell to them what they really want and desire. Strategic varieties equals to profits. If you don’t think that way, you are leaving a lot of money on the table.

Attention network marketers! May be you’re thinking the only thing you should have in your arsenal is your primary MLM Company and that’s all you are going to focus on. May be you don’t want to jump around because some guru said you shouldn’t. Know this, the odds of making money in the home business arena are against you. Value Driven Let me tell you something. Any guru that preaches against jumping around is only getting sensitive and afraid that people may leave their down line. The guru has no abundance mindset. It remains a fact that sometimes, people will leave your downline. They leave your downline for one reason only. They feel like they’re not being served. May be they quit too soon and that remains the truth. They’re not making money like it was promised in your presentation so own it and go after more prospects. In this book, you’re going to learn the skill set that will allow you enter any business opportunity and build to any levels you want.

The funnel you should pump your traffic through must be value driven. It can’t be all about sales pitching all of the time. The way your offer is presented by your funnel should be the way a man approaches a lady. Even though ultimately what you want is what you want. If you just go up front to a lady and say “can we have sex sometimes,” you’re going to get ignored or get slapped because you don’t understand the power of presentation. This is the same when your funnel present offers—value first.



One-Click Upsell Offers Think of it like this. “Would you want fries with that?” OR “Would you want apple pie with that for just $1.” We call it one-click because when they go in your online sales funnel and order a book at $47, bam they get this message... “We will give you an offer you wouldn’t see anywhere else for this price at 50% discount, you can buy it right now by simply clicking YES”. The credit card information is already in the system because one order was already completed before the one-click upsell offer was presented. It is better to present more valuable products after you get the prospects in the buying mood and than all upfront.

Continuity Offer A continuity offer means somebody is paying you periodical subscription fee (like monthly) because they need continued services from you. Think of continuity offers like this. You went to Best Buy and somebody asked you “Would you like to pay $15.00 per year so that anytime there is something wrong with your vacuum machine, you can bring it back and we’ll just exchange it for you?” That’s a continuity offer. They get paid every month for insuring you against an unfortunate situation. You must use a funnel that has a continuity offer in it for easy cash flow for your business.



Here is also how this serves your customers. In any endeavor, it’s absolutely important to be a part of some kind of continuing education platform where you get updates on what’s hot in the industry. Examples will be industry magazine subscriptions. This way, you don’t have to go out there and start doing research yourself for everything, or be too late to find out that something has changed in your beloved industry.

In internet marketing as an example, things change literally every month because everything moves faster. Platforms are changing very quickly and too frequently. Facebook changes their fan pages every now and then. Google changes the color of their background every now and then. They also change their advertising platforms from time to time. The way to stay updated with that being said is to remain a subscribed student on a continuing education platform. It applies to you as a student of this game but why not sell that kind of thing too?

In your business you have something that you’re selling, but you also have something that you can do for them from time to time in a way that they continue to pay you for making life and business easier for them. You have it. Maybe you can’t identify it. You can and we can help. That’s what we call continuity offer and a high converting funnel must offer it to your customers. Chapter 4 4th SECRET High Customer Value

A lot of people right now are going around the internet promoting $37 stuff and that’s all they do. The funny thing is that they expect to build a 7 figure empire with that. Tell me how that’s possible. Maybe you feel like# “I’m still doing one per day right now but it’s going to get to 10 and then 100/day sooner or later.” Not really my friend.

Momentum is absolutely important to your business and that’s why you need high customer value inside of your funnel so you can make enough money on an average sale. That way you can pay even more for massive traffic which means fast speed and ultimately heavy momentum for your business.

Think how much pressure of profits is pumping through your business at any moment in time. That’s what we refer to as momentum and it’s absolutely necessary to have it as high as possible. High Page 41 of 113 © All Rights Reserved – myEmpirePRO.com


customer value is absolutely going to help you get there to high momentum. 99% of funnels out there are missing this.

What is the average worth of every customer that comes in through your sales funnel? How much is every customer that buys anything inside your funnel that I just showed you in secret number 3 spending on an average? How much is an average customer worth for your business? These are the questions that should be crawling you mind whe we mention “customer value” of a funnel.

If an average customer is worth $40 in your business, your business is doomed. If an average customer is worth $200 in your business then you’re doing okay and on your way. If an average customer in your business is worth $2, forget it; wealth is not going to happen. You might as well be on a job because you’re going to get paid more on a job. Does that make sense?

Here is how to do it. You should have some kind of premium services that’s worth $2,000 or more for you inside your funnel. You need to be getting paid $2,000 or more somehow, some way in one of the products that’s available in your funnel. This is the quickest way.



D.F.Y versus D.I.Y DFY stands for “done for you” and D.I.Y stands for “doing it yourself.” Most people are interested in investing little tokens here and there $77, $20, $7 online to get things done o their own.

But here’s the truth of the matter. As an entrepreneur you don’t get paid to do it yourself, you get paid to get it done. So “done for you” absolutely will give you momentum because it will move your business faster. Second of all, that’s what you’re supposed to be doing fundamentally as an entrepreneur anyway—Getting things done fast.

Time Value Getting paid for how much time you work is what you do on a job. As an entrepreneur, you get paid for how much results you can create in the shortest amount of time. Therefore it’s absolutely very important that you pay attention to the value of your time.

What is your time worth or what is time worth to you? Do you want to babysit grown adults for $40 a day? You might as well do that on a job. That’s what most network marketers do by the way.



Here is the correct way to build a 7 figure business. Give people an offer and let them make a decision to get through an automated training and sales process on their own. If they want you to spend personal time with them, they must pay some kind of premium price for that. Teach them how to do the same thing, and that’s how everyone creates fortune anywhere on planet earth.

You create a fortune not by way of working for more hours. All you’ve got is 24 hours in a day right? Even if you’re getting paid $40 an hour, you’re limited to how much you can get paid per day, it’s 40 times 24. That’s only $960 a day. Well, $960 per day is very good but honestly, you don’t want any kind of ceiling cap over how much money you can make in any period of time.

I am sure you’ve heard people tell you in this business that you have unlimited potential. That is absolutely not true if you’re spending your time increasingly doing the work. If you’re “getting it done” i.e. getting results and you know how to get more results with less time, that’s what entrepreneurship is.

valuing and charging a premium price for your personal time. In other words, you must have some high ticket package that pays you $2,000 or more in your funnel. That’s one of the major secrets to building a 7 figure empire.

One of the first companies that Shola and I worked with literally paid between $0.23 and $0.50 per customer acquired on our personal production. When you listen to the idea of building a downline, it adds up pretty nicely on paper when 2 join 2 and 8, 16, 32 etc. But when you do a reality check on the average person that actually build a massive downline, the odds says it is a charity business from the discomfort of the home. I bet that’s not what you want right?

Scalability With at least $2,000 commission high ticket in your automated funnel, even ordinary 1 personal sales per month puts you in the top 5% of the industry. It will also allow you the liberty to buy more massive traffic and scale out as fast as you can regardless of how huge you downline is.

buying more traffic. When you understand scalability, you can now truly call yourself someone who has an unlimited income potential.

To be able to sell something of high ticket price point, you want to have a higher level of relationship and value. You want to have a little bit of a better connection with the prospect, and obviously you want to be value driven about it. The way we increase our market connection value is through direct mail and phone calls to our brand new customers.

Inside our funnel, we have people pay us anywhere from $47 to $200 dollars up front. We use the upfront money for more marketing, getting them a special welcome package in the mail and they can see that we’re the real deal. They can also see what address that mail is coming from, and they can feel a little more connected to us and the business.

Remember you don’t have to do this on your own. Don’t worry about that for now. Just learn as much as you can learn right now and just know that these are the secrets to building a 7 figure empire especially in today’s online home business environment.

This is where they learn the complete “ins and outs” of a high performance empire and therefore presented with a D.F.Y (Done for you) service package that will save them headaches and put them on the fast track for premium price.

This is something you have to do in your business if you want to build a 7 figure empire. At the very least, you want to be inviting them to special webinars or special events where they can get served more by your empire.

You must build a high value relationship with them instead of just the emails that everyone else could have done by way of spamming. They now see physical mail and/or physical phone call that get 100% of their attention. This is how people will feel like your service is premium. That’s the 4th secret.

Let’s Bust Some Myths. Creating your own product is not equivalent to high customer value. You can create your own product and sell it for $27 and that’s all you do. If that’s the only product in your funnel, your customer value is typically less than $27. That’s not the same thing as high customer value.



Creating your own product is a good thing to do if you can and if you enjoy doing it. But if you hate doing that, you’re not going to make money through it; I don’t care how much you’re charging for your product. You’re not going to make money because people can feel that energy that you don’t even enjoy it, and it will tell on the quality of your product too.

2ndly, creating a scalable marketing info product business is not quick and easy. Everybody is teaching how it’s very easy to create info products. Well yes, we could say that. But to create a quality product, it’s not quick and easy. And if it’s quick and easy, that means it has no value on it really.

Is it worth it if you can do it and if you enjoy doing it? Yes, absolutely it’s worth it. So don’t think I’m trying to talk you out of creating your own info product. If that’s what you enjoy doing, absolutely knock yourself out and get that done because you’re going to make boatloads of money doing it. That being said, it is not the only way to create a 7 figure empire online or offline. Never mind what everyone else is telling you.

Maybe you’ve tried to create your own info product and you’re getting stuck. Maybe setting up a PayPal “Buy Now” button is even a headache for you that you’ve been trying to work out for the past three Page 48 of 113 © All Rights Reserved – myEmpirePRO.com


months. Maybe it’s time to realize that you don’t get paid for trying to work out stuff on your own, you get paid for getting things done.

Last but not least, 100% commission is not the same as high customer value. 100% commission is great. Don’t get me wrong, it’s better than 30% commission everything else being equal. However it’s not the same thing as a high customer value--it’s simply not. That’s some of the myth you might be hearing out here and there and I wanted to make sure I cleared that up.



Chapter 5 5TH SECRET Relationship Marketing 2.0

Traditionally, the relationship marketing you probably know about is “talking to your warm market”, relationship marketing 101, belly to belly marketing or just talking to people within 3 ft (The 3ft rule). Frankly, I don’t know what some people are smoking, but these are not relationship marketing in the 21st century. GET REAL; No, it’s not. In this book, I’m going to teach you what we call relationship marketing 2.0.

Anytime you ever hear 2.0, it’s time to advance. It’s time to take it up to the next level. Remember, everything is moving 100 times faster these days. So if you’re going to do belly to belly, you have a long way to go. While you’re doing belly to belly, I’m talking to 1,000 people at the same time while I am actually sleeping.

it or not, you are in a game which means somebody is going to win. The person that’s going to win most of the money in the marketplace is the person that’s talking to 1,000 people at the same time as compared to belly to belly. Besides, I probably have recorded and perfected a presentation that will remain perfect 100% of the time as compared to you physically doing the sales presentation work and making mistakes like humans would do normally.

Snap out of it. Never mind someone who’s teaching you how to remain in the 19th century. Ask yourself; are they talking to you 1-on-1 or blasting a list of 1,000 people or more at the same time. If that person is talking to 20,000 people in an arena on the stage and they’re teaching you belly to belly, isn’t that time to really snap out of it and question the credibility and the hypocrisy. The bottom line is that you must be talking to as many people as possible at any moment in time and that’s what we call leverage. You must be everywhere at all times and not just the right place at the right time.

The best way to leverage relationship marketing 2.0 right now is through email marketing. Email marketing is going to be a major part of your business. prospects will wait for the next eight months before they buy anything at all. Some are competitor spying on your business. That’s fine too. Trust me; all those scenarios will happen. Believe it or not, there are some people on your list that won’t buy ever. Some people also genuinely need the right timing before they can snap out of the hope that a job is going to ever be sufficient.

But here is the thing, I personally want to live on the beach and work on the beach all day long if I choose to. I want to be able to travel anytime I want to. I don’t want a job telling me when I get to take my vacation. I don’t want to have four weeks of vacation that I can’t take all in a row if I choose to.

Do you know there are people that their bosses make them take one out of four weeks vacation at a time, once every three months? May be you don’t even have that much vacation weeks. That sucks right? Some people will take two years before they really snap and say “enough is enough; I need to take action towards my financial freedom.”

That’s why you have email marketing following up with them automatically. You must have a follow-up series that will span anything



from 5 to 90 days. You also want to have daily broadcast of email once a day making it 2 emails per day following up with your prospects.

You are always learning. You always want to remain a student. That’s one of the reasons why you should have some kind of subscription to a continuing education platform where you can remain a student of the internet land and online empires game. As against becoming a student; you want to remain a student always.

Share anything you’re learning with the people on your list on a daily basis with your own twist to it. Somebody’s going to get pissed off on your list and unsubscribe. That’s totally fine. The funny thing is# (Let me tell you a little sub secret of this) the more people unsubscribe from your list, the more money you will make. The more people you piss off with the idea of making money from home, or simply because you used a curse word in your copy, the more money you will make.

That’s the way it works. You can’t serve the whole world. You want to snap out of getting mad at your customers because they don’t join your business. They don’t necessarily have to belong in your business before you can serve them. You’re being selfish if you are trying to get everyone to join your business. Somebody, actually, thousands of them belong in your business. You just have to know how to target and attract them by way of proper marketing efforts. This is the secret to not getting pissed at yourself. This is how you can go to your family reunion or to your friend’s get together gatherings without necessarily feeling the need to pitch everybody at every conversation the product, service or opportunity that you offer.

If you are selling a business opportunity, it feels better when you let the nice cars do the pitching. Let the results do the pitching. Let the lifestyle do the pitching. You stay out of that business because that’s really none of your business. Let those things sell them for you strategically by learning what we’re teaching you in this book—relationship and FRANKLY true attraction marketing.

You need more rejections in your business. You need more rejections than most people will get in their lifetime, but that rejection doesn’t have to be in your face because you still have emotions. And you hate rejection just like I do and just like everyone does. Instead, learn how to use today’s technology to collect massive rejections.



You must let the relationship marketing 2.0 do all of this work for you. The more people you piss off your list to unsubscribe, the more people will get your point and actually buy from you. Never mind you being accused of spamming others; the auto responder service that you’re using for your relationship marketing 2.0 makes sure you’re not spamming. That’s why you pay them $20, $30, $100 per month. Those tools are intelligent enough to do the sorting and selling for you.

Let’s Bust Some Myths. It can be totally automated. Don’t worry about someone telling you that you have to pick up the phone and call everybody. This is not always true. I encourage picking up the phone because for me personally it makes me feel fulfilled in my business. I like the feeling of me picking up the phone once in a while and talking to someone and making their day. They didn’t expect that I was going to call and that is the best part. They already value your time automatically.

They already know me; they already have a relationship with my list by way of relationship marketing 2.0. When I randomly pick up the phone and call a customer out of the blues, they love me to death for doing that, and I make someone’s day. It just makes me feel fulfilled.



But I’m telling you right now, the best quality of customers you’re going to have are not people who need you to call them before they buy or take action. People that need you to call them before they buy are usually pain in the butt. Not all the time but usually.

Remember also that they might not take further action unless you call them again. In other words you have to stay on the phone with them every now and then before they take action, and guess what; you’re not getting paid for your time. Guess what again, from my experience, they usually quit sooner or later.

You get paid for your results, so the less time you can spend babysitting anybody, the more chance you’re going to build a 7 figure empire. You need to take note of that right now.

Secondly, your prospects do need to be warm market but it doesn’t have to start warm. Everybody needs to be warm before they buy of course. They’ve got to get comfortable to a certain point before they buy from you, but they don’t have to start warm. They could be totally ice cold and you can give them so much value, which this book is teaching you how to do strategically, and they will become warm. Not only warm; they become hot. Some of them will be chasing you around looking for your phone number all over the internet to see if they can call you.

Also another myth to bust is to just give as much free stuff away as possible. That’s total nonsense. Yes you do want to use the word free. Give them some kind of information for free, but all you’re doing is giving information for free. You don’t want to be giving your time away for free. You’re not serving them when you do that.

Like I said earlier, anything you give away for free is subconsciously in the mind of your prospect or customer valueless. In other words, you’re not serving them because they’re not going to appreciate it because you already presented it as free. Once in a while when you have to use the word ‘free’ in your marketing, you must always put a value on it. You must say it like this# “$297 value but I’m going to give it to you for free.”

For example, regardless of what ever you paid for this book, if you paid $297 it will be a steal. As I write, folks are paying $4,000 for the same information at an event right now in Meadowland, New Jersey. So I’m letting you know the value, even though you might have acquired the book for less than $4,000. too consistently. You’re not going to make money and you’re not going to serve anybody. If you do for the purpose of generating leads or trust ever, be clear about its monetary value.



Chapter 6 6TH SECRET Affiliate Marketing

You must integrate affiliate marketing into your business. It’s nonnegotiable. It’s a must. Every company you know out there is practicing affiliate marketing online. You can send traffic to companies like AT&T, Barnes & Noble, Wine.com, Macys etc. and they will send you money for simply referring people to them.

Amazon.com is huge in affiliate marketing. You can also make lots of money on iTunes if you drive traffic of people and they download on iTunes. People are making upwards of $70,000 to $80,000 per month off of simply driving traffic to other people products and services.

I am not going to suggest that you send traffic to just one particular place. It doesn’t matter if it’s your products or your well trusted network marketing company as most people claim. I’d rather you operate your



empire like a well diverse business. Is it possible for your existing network marketing Company to shut down? Yes. MLM companies do fold up.

Here is why. We actually don’t know why but we know this. You’re not the owner of the company so you don’t know what they’re doing. The owners are not your cousins so you don’t know what kind of trouble they could be in or about to get into. You don’t know what kind of lawsuit they have on their arsenal right now--you don’t know. I don’t care how much they connect with you at the event, you just don’t know.

Just a few days ago, a big ole JP Morgan Chase just announced a bunch of trouble that they got themselves in. The point remains. You don’t know, therefore you must build your empire with this in mind by integrating affiliate marketing into it. That means promoting products created by others that are not necessarily your primary company. Here’s the beauty about network marketing 2.0 which I also refer to as affiliate marketing.

What we are teaching you in this book is an extension of network marketing 2.0. If you want to go backwards to network marketing 1.0, knock yourself out, but talking to friends and family about just ONE network marketing opportunity is not smart. When it comes to network marketing 2.0 style, instead of you going straight up and pitching your network marketing opportunity to people, people already have a pre-framed mind that whatever you recommend to them is the real deal and it’s the way to go. Do you see the difference?

Instead of you coming up front and saying hey, “are you open to making money outside of what you do?” and building traditionally a downline organization of people that do not know how to produce bringing home $20 per month, you can build a team of professional emperors. Isn’t that really what you want? Network marketing 2.0 is different.

Even if your prospects don’t join your opportunity, they can’t sleep because they didn’t join. That’s the position you want to be in. That’s the way you want to pre-frame the mind of your prospects and customers. to your network marketing opportunity, it becomes a must in their mind without you telling them. More people will join than you will ever personally convince personally when you focus on massive traffic through an automated funnel with high converting and upfront affiliate products.

Out of those people that join, most people are still not going to be successful. But then because you have more people, you have more chances of finding your leaders and the right team.

But here’s the team you really should be building. The team you’re building with network marketing 2.0 is your list of followers, prospects, customers that are buying from you because they trust you. Some have already bought from you, and then you can also sell them more stuff that will actually continue to serve them. There’s always a next level, isn’t it? There’s always a need to buy more stuff. There’s always going to be a need to have a mall. So when people walk into your mall, they must have a pre-framed mindset that they need to buy—in other words, to get served.

Remember the myth that I busted earlier, that you’re not supposed to sell people? No, you’re supposed to sell. Because when people go into a mall, they expect to buy. So when they come on your list, the people Page 62 of 113 © All Rights Reserved – myEmpirePRO.com


that are going to buy from you already expect to buy. They know that they’re going to get the best of services when they actually appreciate your time by investing money in their business. They know that whatever they’re getting for free is just information that if they don’t implement it becomes just useless.

In the mall, you’ll find the same thing. When people come through the door they expect to buy, and that’s the same thing you want with your business. It’s actually a sin to give valuable stuff away for free without letting them know the value and without letting customers pay some kind of price so they can truly appreciate the product. You don’t want to be stealing their dreams with your actions.

Even before I give something away for free out there, you must get on my mailing list at the very least. So you’re paying something, you’re paying me your email address so I can stay in contact with you. By the way I don’t care if you give me the real email or not. It just doesn’t matter because of massive traffic? That’s one thing you should take away from this book today.



Chapter 7 7TH SECRET Evergreen Brand Marketing

Brand marketing and strategizing is a big deal in any business as there is need to stand out from the crowd and multitudes. There are some systems out there right now that when you search any of our industry related keyword terms you’ll see the same system being marketed all over the place by different so called attraction marketers. Let me be clear that there’s nothing wrong with that. But upfront of you sales funnel, it is advised that your brand stays clear of any kind of shadow or cover to stand a chance of massive success in online business.

Brand Control Ownership & Uniqueness People must know you and/or your brand. In other words, it doesn’t necessarily have to be you. Another myth in the marketplace is that the brand being marketed has to be you. It never has to be you. You don’t have to be you to market and create results. You don’t have to be you to



make money period. The only rule is that you have to create results to make money period. Let’s be clear about that.

Branding “You Incorporated,” is not the same thing as results. If branding “you” means the direct opposite of being profitable, you’re not going to make money. Never mind what you might have been told about branding yourself because of attraction marketing. They are not relevant contrary to popular belief. However if you have some kind of self-branded image that you control on the front of your funnel, it helps you to stand out.

It also helps people focus on you as a leader. However, it’s not the holy grails of creating result. Simply put, there are exceptions to the rule. When I say self-branded empire, I simply mean you’re controlling the brand. It doesn’t have to be your physical face if you are not comfortable, okay? Your control is the only thing that’s directly proportional to creating results.

Remember, even if you’re “branding you” like the so called attraction marketers would say, you can still be one of the multitudes. If everybody is trying to do the same things you are doing, it’s time to do the opposite. So you’ve got to learn how to see through the bullshit.



Uniqueness and a self-controlled brand on the front of your funnel are definitely encouraged.

Here is another twist to the confusion. I said earlier that if you’re building an internet marketing business, you must stay clear of the offer as soon as you can when a lead is coming through your funnel. Does it have to be your face like him? No it doesn’t have to be, but you must have a front end that doesn’t say anything about the offers you have on the back end, that’s the key here. You don’t see Visalus right?



However, if you’re confident enough to put your face on it, actually that’s a good thing because that confidence will pass through to your prospects. You see the confidence in his face? That confidence passes its energy through to his prospects, and they are attracted to that.

I also understand that a lot of people get stuck on trying to gain the confidence to be able to put their face on the front of a blog like this or to be able to talk on a video. If that’s getting in the way of creating results and you're struggling for three months to do that, get out of your own way. You don’t have to do that to create results. Do something else that you find strength in. Get to creating results as soon as possible.



We also have David Wood here, one of our personal friends in the home business industry. He’s a top income earner in multiple companies, and he has his own affiliate company where he’s paying people 100% commissions. That’s another conversation for another time. David is a great guy.

Most importantly, here is a guy who creates humongous results simply because he’s on the front end of his funnel shirtless a lot of times. People tend to be attracted to weird stuff like Snookie of Jersey shore or Kim Kardashian. Of course, he has his own story, a fantastic story, and that’s what he’s selling them on the front.



Again, if you don’t have a solid story, just be the person talking, and simply use other people’s success story. That’s a little formula to taking yourself out of the way as soon as possible and putting in something that converts to financial freedom. You can make money regardless.

Here is another person, Brig Hart, top income earners and a legend in the home business industry. You can see there’s nothing about any network marketing company on his webpage right now. That’s the same thing you must be doing. People must be able to connect with you. You must have some kind of self controlled brand, maybe not your personal face like I said earlier. there, use a logo, model or something of that nature; it’s very legal to do this with proper disclosures inside the funnel.

It’s easier obviously to have confidence and use your face. Take a nice picture in front of a lawn; contrary to popular belief you don’t need a nice car. Just a nice clean picture with a personal story like your children is fine so people can really feel like there's a real person that's talking to them. That’s brand marketing.

Here is another legend in the network marketing home business industry, Dexter Yager. You can see he's not saying anything about an associated network marketing company; at least not on any of the



headers. All you see is a big slap of his and his wife’s face on the front of the webpage. You want to pretty much connect with the person.

We have George Zalucki here. I think he is the number one income earner in a popular telecommunications direct selling or network marketing company.



Here are a couple of other examples, the late Jim Rohn, legendary in the personal help industry. Jim Rohn is also the mentor to Tony Robbins. All these guys sell their own brand—the brand they control. Like I said, most of the brand examples that I showed you right now have turn their personal names into empires.



You also have a guy here called Tim Sales, but he is a little different. He doesn’t have his name on there as the main brand. His name is legendary in the industry, but the brand here is “First Class MLM Tools,” but he has “by Tim Sales” right up there next to it.

The keyword phrase here is “First class MLM Tools”. He sells informational products on the front end. Is he the one that created the products? May be but not necessarily; that’s the thing you need to



understand about business and entrepreneurship. You can strategize and get creative all day with joint ventures.

On the front end; people must have a way to connect with a brand that you control and that preach directly to their needs. So obviously anyone who comes to this webpage is willing to build a network marketing organization or something of that nature.

You must have a brand that you control on the front end of your sales funnel--period. Then you can sell anything you want on the back end. It doesn’t have to an informational product you created. Most people will not have the confidence and the expertise to create an informational product. So don’t get stuck with that. Be willing to leverage OPP (other people’s products) to make money and commissions. It’s especially the easiest way to get started.

Just make sure that you have high customer value inside your chosen funnel enough to make money back from paid media traffic strategies. One of the reasons why you need high customer value is because you’re going to be paying money for traffic. If all you make is $3 on the front end with upsell conversion that sucks, it’s going to be very hard to have a positive ROI a.k.a. return on investment. That’s something that I want you to pay attention to.

Let’s Bust Some More Myths. Traffic Versus Branding – All day long you must choose traffic if you have to choose and be willing to pay for it. It means everything to you, your family and your business. The more traffic you can drive the more money you make--very simple.



OPF (Other People’s Funnel) versus branding – Are you going to brand yourself and create your own products all on your own, or are you going to use other people’s funnels? What would Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki say? Feel free to leverage other people’s funnel.

Just make sure it’s a high converting funnel and has a high customer value. Those are the two secrets to making sure you have a good funnel where you pay for traffic and not lose your shirt--high customer value and high converting funnel.

May be you are one of those who sometime subconsciously say “I want to spend the next six months to three years creating my own product.” Think about it, is that really what you want to do? For most people that will see this training or that will be online trying to build business online, they will to make money quicker and faster using other people’s funnel, just like in real estate--other people’s money (OPM).

Just like in any kind of venture it's always better to use other people's money. It’s called leverage. You leverage other people’s time and other people’s resources instead of trying to do it all on your own. You don’t get paid for doing it on your own. There will be refunds and charge-backs to be managed--people will sometimes ask for their money back. You have some very stupid set of people that will just come on line ask for refunds just because they know that we have integrity of issue them when people deserve it. That need to be managed.

Side Note: One of the secrets to becoming a 7 figure empire creator is to stop being a wussy walking around the internet asking for refunds. There are little deeper secrets behind why you really don’t want to do that, they affect you subconsciously, and it’s a very limited mindset. It’s a lack of abundance mindset that makes you feel like you have to ask for $47 invested back. Frankly you really should avoid that. If you do ask, you’ll get it back. But the secret is that you don’t want to be that kind of person that does that because you’re trying to build a 7 figure empire too.

Affiliate management issues will arise too. Having resources for affiliate to help you is one of the viral sources of traffic that you can have. You don’t have to create your own affiliate management platform.



There’s something we call a perpetual beta. It’s major and its one of the reasons why we all need continuing education. You always need to update yourself. You know what beta is? A beta version of a product is something we’re still testing out.

When we say the word “perpetual”, it means “never stopping.” In internet land, we have something called perpetual beta which means we always have the need to keep updating the platform. We always have to update software. Have you ever opened software for the first time and you have to now update it? That’s where we are when it comes to technology. You always have to update trainings and tools.

You don’t have to get involved in that if you can leverage other people’s funnel. You can do it if that’s where your passion is. But if your passion is truly creating results and the lifestyle you want as fast as possible, you want to skip every one of these steps in the last few pages. Whatever you have to pay, 10% or whatever to avoid that; just do it. You have to leverage money to save time, pain and agony.

You must split testing with proper tracking facilities. This needs to be in place so you can test and see which ad is profitable.

It’s how you manage time that really determines how fast you’re going to create a 7 figure empire. We don’t have the time in one lifetime to create a 7 figure empire if there if we don’t maximize leverage. Creating $85,000 per month; with how much most people make per hour is impossible.
