The 710 KNUS 70" Super Size Big TV Giveaway! (“Contest”) is open to any individual eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry who is a legal U.S. resident and owns a home (residential, single family properties only) located within a fifty (50) mile radius of downtown Denver, Colorado. Radio Station reserves the right to examine documentation of proof of residence ownership and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. Each entrant may complete only one (1) entry per person per entry method during the Contest Period, as hereinafter defined. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Salem Media of Colorado, Inc., licensee of KNUS(AM) (“Radio Station”), Roll ‘em Out Shelves, and Wild Birds Unlimited (“Sponsors”), their advertising and promotion agencies, their parent companies, and their parent’s affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Contest will be conducted from Monday, February 27, 2018 through Sunday, March 4, 2018 (the “Contest Period”). There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest (“entry method”), as described below. A. Online Entry – From 12:01 a.m. MST on Monday, February 27, 2018 through Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. MST (“Online Entry Period”), entrants may register for the Contest online by completing an official entry form at www.710KNUS.com B. In-Person Entry – Entrants may register for the Contest in person by registering at the 710 KNUS booth at the Colorado Garden & Home Show (March 2, 2018 through March 3, 2018) at the Colorado Convention Center (the “Event”), located at 700 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202 during the hours of 1PM to 7PM on Friday, March 2, 2018 and 9AM to 1PM on Saturday, March 3, 2018.

There are three (3) different Prizes in the Grand Prize Package for this Contest: A. Sony 70 inch 4k UltraHD Smart TV, valued at $1,500; B. A Certificate for Custom Roll Outs from Roll ‘em Out Shelves valued at $1,000; C. The “Eliminator” Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder and 20lbs. of “No Mess Blend” Bird Seed from Wild Birds Unlimited valued at $199; Installation of improvements will occur only at the Prize winner’s residence within the Denver, CO metro area located within a fifty (50) mile radius of downtown Denver, Colorado. Prize winner must redeem the gift certificate by March 5, 2019.

The Prize winner will be selected by random drawing on Sunday, March 4, 2018 after 4:00 p.m. MST from among all eligible entries received either online or in-person. The winner will be announced live on Monday, March 5, 2018 after 3:00 p.m. MST on the

“Chuck and Julie Show” on Radio Station. Entrants need not be present to win. The Prize winner will be notified by Radio Station by telephone, e-mail, or regular mail within two (2) weeks from the date of selection. The Prize winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, where lawful, publicity release. If Radio Station does not receive the affidavit and release within two (2) weeks of notification, the Prize(s) may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his/her/its name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Radio Station without additional compensation. The Prize winner has until Wednesday, April 3, 2018 to call the radio station offices at 303750-5687 during regular business hours to arrange the delivery of the TV and Birdfeeder. The Radio Station is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or mishandled entries. Radio Station is not responsible for entries which Radio Station does not receive due to technological/server error. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. 5.

No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Prize Package, provided however, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to permit Sponsors to contact them one (1) time with a special sales offer and authorize Radio Station to send entrants’ contact information to Sponsors for such purpose. Entrants have absolutely no obligation to purchase anything from Sponsors.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of General Manager of Radio Station ("Contest Judge"). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Contest Judge, whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies, Contest Sponsors or their advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize(s) and will be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold Radio Station, its parent company and its parent’s affiliated companies, Sponsors and their advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
