The 710 KNUS Fall Home Show Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to any individual eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry who is a legal U.S. resident and owns a home (residential, single family properties only) located within a fifty (50) mile radius of downtown Denver, Colorado. Radio Station reserves the right to examine documentation of proof of residence ownership and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. Each entrant may complete one (1) entry per day per person online or via the 710 KNUS Mobile App (the “App”), and up to two (2) in-person entries per day per person at the Colorado Fall Home Show (September 8 & 9, 2017 only) during the Contest Period, as hereinafter defined. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Salem Media of Colorado, Inc., licensee of KNUS(AM) (“Radio Station”), Paint Denver, their advertising and promotion agencies, their parent companies, and their parent’s affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Contest will be conducted from Monday, September 4, 2017 through Saturday, September 9, 2017 (the “Contest Period”). There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest, as described below. A. Online/App Entry – From 12:01 a.m. MDT on Monday, September 4, 2017, through Saturday September 9, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. MDT (“Online Entry Period”), entrants may register for the Contest online completing an official entry form at www.710KNUS.com Listen Live Page or by entering through the App. Entrants may not enter both online and through the App on a single day. B. In-Person Entry – Entrants may register for the Contest in person by registering at the 710 KNUS booth at the Colorado Fall Home Show (held September 8, 2017 through September 9, 2017) at the Colorado Convention Center (the “Event”), located at 700 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202 during the hours of 1:00PM – 7:00PM on September 8 and 10:00AM – 1:00PM on September 9 during the Contest Period. 1. In-Person entrants are eligible to receive an additional entry to the Contest by showing Radio Station personnel that they have installed the App or by installing it on their smartphone at the Event, for a maximum of up to two (2) in-person entries permitted per day during the Contest Period.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize Package winner. The Grand Prize Package winner will be selected by random drawing on Monday, September 11, 2017 after 8:00 a.m. MDT from among all eligible entries received either online, via the App, or in-person. The winner will be announced live on Monday, September 11, 2017 on the “Chuck and Julie
Show” on Radio Station. Entrants need not be present to win. The Grand Prize Package winner will be notified by Radio Station by telephone, e-mail, or regular mail within two (2) weeks from the date of selection. The Grand Prize Package winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, where lawful, publicity release. If Radio Station does not receive the affidavit and release within two (2) weeks of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his/her/its name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Radio Station without additional compensation. The Grand Prize Package winner has until Friday, October 20, 2017 to pick up the Grand Prize Package from Radio Station’s office, located at 3131 S. Vaughn Way, Suite 601, Aurora, Co 80014, during regular business hours. Radio Station is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or mishandled entries. Radio Station is not responsible for entries which Radio Station does not receive due to technological/App server error. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. 4.
There is one (1) Grand Prize Package, which includes the following: A. $3000.00 gift certificate to Paint Denver for any of their services; The total retail value of the Grand Prize Package is $3000.00. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Grand Prize Package, provided however, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner may use gift certificate amount towards the costs of installation and delivery, and any other fees incurred in connection with installation of the improvements. Installation of improvements will occur only at the Grand Prize Package winner’s residence within the Denver, CO metro area located within a fifty (50) mile radius of downtown Denver, Colorado. At the time the winner receives the Grand Prize Package, the winner may elect not to receive all of the prizes included in the Grand Prize Package, in which case the total value of the Grand Prize Package will be reduced by the value of the prize(s) the winner declines to receive. Grand Prize winner must redeem any gift certificates that he or she would like to use by December 31, 2017.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to permit Paint Denver (“Contest Sponsor”) to contact them one (1) time with a special sales offer and authorize Radio Station to send entrants’ contact information to Contest Sponsors for such purpose. Entrants have absolutely no obligation to purchase anything from Contest Sponsors.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of General Manager of Radio Station ("Contest Judge"). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Contest Judge, whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by
these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies, Contest Sponsors or their advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Grand Prize Package and will be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold Radio Station, its parent company and its parent’s affiliated companies, Contest Sponsors and their advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties. 7.
