The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following: SB 320 Nichols Relating to the creation of River Ranch Improvement District of Liberty County; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, or taxes. SB 321 Nichols Relating to the creation of the River Ranch Municipal Utility District of Liberty County; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, or taxes. SB 1681 Lucio Relating to the establishment of the Communicable Disease and Public Health Center. SB 1737 Miles Relating to the filing of a civil action by the attorney general to enforce the Texas Fair Housing Act. SB 1802 Miles Relating to petty cash funds for county welfare departments in certain populous counties. SB 2196 Buckingham Relating to the requirements for annexation by a municipality of certain municipal utility districts. SB 2266 Miles Relating to the creation of the Stadium Park Management District; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, or taxes.

SB 2269 Creighton Relating to creation of the Bolivar Management District; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes. SB 2274 Creighton Relating to the creation of the Lakewood Municipal Utility District No. 1; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes. SB 2275 Creighton Relating to the creation of the Lakewood Municipal Utility District No. 2; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes. SB 2277 Creighton Relating to the creation of the Lakewood Municipal Utility District No. 3; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes. SB 2284 Creighton Relating to the creation of the Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 544; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes. SB 2285 Creighton Relating to the boundaries of the Harris County Fresh Water Supply District No. 58. The Committee may also consider pending business.
