OPERATIONS MANAGER ICO OF THE BUSINESS UNIT CANDIDATE’S PROFILE • Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality & Restaurant Management • At least 5 years’ experience in the food & beverage, culinary or related professional area with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. • Ability to develop / manage projects and to generate additional revenue through creative ideas • Highly organized and self-directed approach • Possesses unquestionable professional integrity • Good listener demonstrating exceptional communication skills • Excellent leadership skills • Demonstrated leadership and an ability to influence and motivate others • Demonstrate success in operations improvement efforts and cost management initiatives
MAIN DUTIES • Manage the day-to-day operation of Heritage Le Chateau, and strive to provide the highest quality in standards and services to our clients. • Lead, encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among the team. • Act as the main liaison between the client and the team and provide services that are above and beyond for client satisfaction and retention while maintaining standards set. • Ensure adherence to existing policies and procedures
OUTLET MANAGER CANDIDATE’S PROFILE • SC / HSC level or equivalent with professional training and experience • Diploma with specialization in F&B from a recognized institution • At least 6 years work-related experience in F&B operations with at least 2 years as Outlet Supervisor/ Manager in hotels or restaurants. • Computer literate including hotel management system such as Opera, Micros, Win HMS… • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language preferred
HEAD WAITER/ WAITER BARMAN HOSTESS CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
• Working experience in similar position in hotel industry. • Relevant Qualification in the field. • Outgoing and pleasant personality. • Priority will be given to candidates residing in the vicinity of our hotels.
