WELCOME TO ABERDEEN FOR CONFERENCES & EVENTS “Happy to Meet, Sorry to Part, Happy to Meet Again”; that is the official toast to Bon Accord and one you won’t forget after hosting your own conference or event here. Aberdeen has long played a significant role in the conference and events industry, thanks to its oil fuelled economy and expertise in many other buoyant sectors including life sciences and nutrition. With over 50 diverse venues and 4,000 modern, traditional and luxury hotel bedrooms the city’s offering has become very competitive; there has never been a better time to bring your conference here.
The airport isn’t the only significant development happening at present. With a brand new exhibition and conference centre due to be complete in the city during 2019, substantial multi-million pound investments in the city’s striking Art Gallery and renowned Music Hall, and plans to massively extend the harbour, Aberdeen is securing its position as a leader for conferences and events.

Gordon Highlanders Museum
Leith Hall
Aberdeen’s five-star attraction, the Gordon Highlanders Museum, offers a unique, historic and beautiful setting for entertaining, fine dining and conferences.
Built in 1650, Leith Hall is located in Aberdeenshire. The hall was once a family home, military hospital and is now a much loved National Trust property.
Located in the city’s West End, the museum has four distinctive meeting spaces, hosting up to 200 delegates. The exclusive, first-class venue caters for all event types and can tailor services for induvial requirements.
Closely resembling a French chateau, this property has a range of public rooms perfect for atmospheric dinners for up to 32 guests and champagne receptions for up to 40.
Delegates are invited to wander through 200 years of history, directed by dedicated guides. Embracing the charm of the venue, delegates can also experience fine Scottish dining amongst regimental treasures and served in the traditional custom.
Outside, the manicured lawns, walled garden and extensive grounds are ideal for larger events, including company BBQ’s and team-building activities. For maximum versatility marquees can be hired to cater for up to 750, and whisky tastings and tutorials can be easily arranged with the neighbouring Ardmore Distillery.
The Gordon Highlanders Museum makes for a truly memorable event.
