ORGANIZATION The players will be starting on the cones as marked out on the diagram. The players all at once will pass across to a player on the opposite side. They cannot pass to the player on the cone directly in front of them. The passing player has to follow their pass to the cone they played to. The receiver will then repeat the same action to another cone on the opposite side. Four balls are used simultaneously in this practice. PROGRESSIONS The receiver must play a 1-2 with a player on another cone when they receive. This can be done with 2 balls to start off with, progressing into 3 and then 4 depending on success.
