Christy Kochen Behrens Guest Services Manager We are looking forward to cooler temperatures and seeing more of your smiling faces this fall! Please don’t forget to check in with Guest Services as you arrive back to the resort. We will begin issuing new name badges and car stickers in October. As a reminder, overflow parking and RV storage are going to be at a premium this season so plan accordingly. We will begin making reservations for both RV storage and overflow parking on Wednesday, September 6th at 8:00am. An announcement was sent via email, Facebook, mail and Channel 3 in mid-August with all of the information regarding storage. The important things to know are: We will not accept ANY reservations (phone calls/walk-ins) PRIOR to 8:00am Arizona time. Only the resident of the site can make a reservation; no house watchers or friends can wait in line for you. If you’re calling the resort, it’s important that you select Option #0, NOT 1 so that you can go to our voicemail. We will not be answering the phone, merely letting the voicemail timestamp all calls in the order received so it’s important you leave a message. Do NOT call the Call Center. Please note: Guest Services will be closed Friday, September 1 – Monday, September 4 for the Labor Day holiday.

from Vacation Rentals Palm Creek and RV Resort has rentals available for our low season, May through September, at great prices. Events & Activities

We are just now starting to get to our fall season. This month we are having a Potluck at 12pm in the Santan on Wednesday, September the 13th. Please sign up at Guest Services. Once again Amazing Dental will be sponsoring our Coffee and Donuts on Monday, September the 18 th at 8am, in the Santan; please come to Guest Services and pick up your free ticket, so we know how many donuts to order. Please bring your own coffee as we will not have access to the kitchen at this time. I know this summer as been a very unusual one for us, due to all of the construction, but next summer we will have a beautiful ballroom and a new kitchen to work with so we will be having bigger and better events for our residents. Again I want to thank all of you for being so understanding with our events for this summer. I hope to see all of you at our potluck and coffee and donuts! Mary Ann

I can’t believe how fast the summer flies by. Amber and I have been keeping busy. We still have many walk-in customers that have been purchasing homes. The summer has quickly flown by and many of our residents are starting to return. It’s nice to see their familiar friendly faces again. Just a reminder to stop into the Mail room and tell us you are here though, so we can pull your forwarding labels and open up your box. On Monday, September 4th, the Mail room will be closed in observance of Labor Day. We look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday. For the month of September our hours remain the same. Monday – Friday 10:00 – 2:00 Closed Saturday and Sunday

Last summer we switched to the Sun referral program: SunRewardMe. There was a little confusion as to how the new program worked so we were lenient in referral procedures. However, moving forward, it is important that you enter your referrals into SunRewardMe.com PRIOR to your referee making their reservation.
