GETTING TO AND FROM THE CONCERT: Aim to arrive early. Traffic restrictions will be in place around the venue and a high number of people will be travelling to and from the event. Patrons

are strongly advised to use public transport for the event or park in the city and walk. Please note that the concert will finish before the last public transport services leave the city. When leaving the venue please be mindful of residents, hospitals and businesses located in the vicinity – please behave responsibly and be as quiet and orderly as possible. BUS, TRAM & TRAIN SERVICES: An Adelaide Oval Express service will operate with buses, trains and trams running from various suburbs throughout Adelaide. Frequent services will operate to and from the concert setting down within a short walk of Adelaide Oval. This will be a paid Adelaide Metro ticketed service. Visit adelaidemetro.com.au for details. PARKING: Due to the extensive production area required for the concert, public car parking will not be available at Adelaide Oval. Public car parking and street parking is very limited around Adelaide Oval and surrounding streets. Patrons are strongly advised to use public transport or make other

arrangements. A wide range of parking options exist in the city, a 5-10 minute walk from the venue. The Riverbank Bridge will be open creating a direct link from North Tce to Adelaide Oval. TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: To ensure the safety of patrons as well as those passing through the area, several traffic restrictions will be in place around the venue: • War Memorial Drive (from King William Road to Montefiore Road) will be closed from midnight on Friday 21st March until 1am on Sunday 23rd March; • War Memorial Drive West (from Montefiore Road to Park Terrace) will be closed from 2pm on Saturday 22nd March until 1am on Sunday 23rd March); • King William Road will be closed from North Terrace to War Memorial Drive from 10pm on Saturday 22nd March until 1am on Sunday 23rd March; and • Speed restrictions and parking restrictions will be in place on Pennington Terrace and Montefiore Road on Saturday 22nd March.

TAXIS: Pick-up and drop-off locations for taxis will be on King William Road, near Pennington Terrace and Montefiore Rd, near War Memorial Drive. ENTRY GATES: Concert patrons should refer to the gate printed on their ticket for recommended entry. The South Gate is accessible from War Memorial Drive (road closed); the East Gate is accessible from King William Rd; the West Gate is accessible from Montefiore Rd, walking across Oval #2 (grassed area; in the event of rain it may be wet underfoot). Please note, public access is not available from the North Gate (Pennington Tce) for this event. ACCESSIBILITY: Access for people with disability or access requirements is available through both the East and South Gates (the West Gate is not recommended due to the grassed surface). Lifts are located near stairways and escalators to travel to each level. Access and ambulant toilets are located around the stadium near all toilet blocks. Limited disabled parking is available near the venue - please call Adelaide Oval for booking enquiries. TICKET OFFICES: A Ticket Office is located at the South Gate (enter via War Memorial Drive) and the East Gate (enter via King William Road) and will be open from 4:00pm on the day of the show only. To avoid queues on the day of the show patrons are encouraged to collect their pre-purchased tickets in advance from a Ticketek outlet. CLOAKROOM FACILITIES: Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items may be confiscated so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home. SMOKING: Adelaide Oval is a strictly non-smoking venue. Patrons must exit the venue to smoke in designated areas. Pass-outs will be issued. PASS-OUTS: Pass-outs will be available for the event. Patrons must exit via the main gates with their original ticket. A pass-out will be issued. To re-enter, both the pass-out and original ticket must be displayed. Without both, patrons will not be permitted to re-enter Adelaide Oval. FIRST AID: Will be available on site. Look for First Aid rooms or St John Ambulance personnel located throughout the stadium, or ask an event day staff member for assistance. TOILETS: Are located throughout the stadium on Levels 1, 3, 4 and 5. Patrons located on the oval will need to use toilets located on Level 1 in the stands. Parenting rooms, access toilets and ambulant toilets are also available around the stadium.

FOOD AND DRINK OUTLETS: Bars, kiosks and catering carts are located throughout the stadium. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA): Please drink responsibly. Drink limits and liquor licencing conditions apply. Alcohol cannot be brought into or taken out of the venue. ATM/EFTPOS FACILITIES: ATMs are located out on the Southern Plaza adjacent War Memorial Drive, on Level 1 of the Riverbank Stand, on the ground level behind the Western Stand (Western Stand breezeway) and on the Eastern Plaza. Tap n Go is available at all kiosks and bars throughout the stadium. BAG CHECKS: Bag checks will be conducted at each gate prior to entry. Patrons must present bags or large items to security for searching prior to entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and may not be returned. Please familiarise yourself with the stadium’s Conditions of Entry available at www.adelaideoval.com.au WEATHER: The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only in the case of exceptionally severe weather conditions will the performance be affected. This is an outdoor venue so patrons are requested to be prepared for the weather conditions and dress accordingly. Umbrellas are not permitted. Conditions are subject to change without notice. **PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS: A person may not bring the following items into Adelaide Oval unless permitted by Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA): • Any item, the improper use of which, is reasonably considered by AOSMA as being

able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending Adelaide Oval. • Any such item may be confiscated by AOSMA if subsequently found on that person; • Alcoholic drinks; • Animals (except guide dogs and other bona fide assistance animals); • Balls - including but not limited to tennis, cricket and footballs; • Cricket or sporting bats longer than 30cm (excluding Adelaide Oval /event issued merchandise for children); • Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skates, skateboards and the like; • Cans, tins, metal containers, glass bottles or glass containers; • Flag poles and/or extendable flag poles over 1 metre in length; • Professional standard still or video cameras, audio recording devices and tripods, and lenses with a total-focal strength of greater than 200mm; • Chairs or stools; • Hard eskies of any size or type (including foam eskies); • Any bag or container that is too large to be stored under a seat; • Flares, fireworks, laser pointers; • Confetti or shredded or torn paper; • Illicit drugs; • Weapons, guns & knives (or any other object that could be used as a weapon); • Inflatable items including beach balls, receptacles, devices or structures; • Shade covers; • Oversized signs, banners or flags that are considered by AOSMA as capable of causing a nuisance; • Loud hailers, megaphones, and musical instruments of any nature (including vuvuzelas, horns, whistles and drums). AOSMA is not responsible for, and may not be held liable by any person, for loss, theft or damage to any such restricted or prohibited items left by that person in or around Adelaide Oval. ** Please note that prohibited items will be confiscated.
