ADMITTED SPARTAN DAY APRIL 16, 2016

Top 5 Tips to Plan Your Day 1 Prioritize the presentations and programs you would like to visit. 2 If possible, split up sessions between family and friends. You can cover more

program activities and compare notes at the end of the day.

3 Program activities are first-come, first-served and some workshops hit

maximum capacity.

4 Be flexible - workshops repeat! 5 Be sure to visit the Resource Fair to learn about becoming a Spartan and

succeeding here at SJSU.

Another important tip… Remember to check your MySJSU often! If you do not check your MySJSU, you will miss out on important and timely notification of new messages posted to your MySJSU account regarding admission, fees, financial aid, enrollment appointments, tests and transcript information. Make sure your personal information is up to date – YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CRITICAL! Confirm your email address and update if necessary. Be sure to set your filters to accept messages from the @sjsu.edu domain.

On behalf of San José State University, I would like to welcome you and your family to Admitted Spartan Day 2016. Enjoy the day, experience our beautiful campus, and become familiar with SJSU resources that will ensure your success as a Spartan!

– Susan Martin SJSU Interim President
