Terms and Conditions: By participating in this contest, Sponsored by Abaxis, Inc., the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these official rules. This contest is open to all legal United States Residents who are 18 years of age or older as of April 24, 2014. The contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. Abaxis will not reimburse entrants for any costs incurred in shooting the video. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to waive the right to claim any ambiguity or error in these official rules or the contest itself and agree to be bound by these rules and by all decisions bound by Abaxis, whose decisions are binding and final. Entries cannot contain the trademark, trade name, or logo of any third party, but it may contain the trademark, trade name, or logo of Abaxis. It must not contain materials (e.g., including music, theme songs, TV, or movie clips) that infringe or otherwise violate the rights of any other person, including but not limited to any copyright, privacy, publicity rights, or contractual rights. The video must not contain any identifiable personal information. Any entry that in the sole opinion of sponsor is deemed to be inappropriate for publication will be deemed ineligible. All entries become the property of Abaxis. Each entrant, by entering, assigns and transfers to sponsor all rights, title, and interest to his or her video without further compensation, and the unrestricted, exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to publish and distribute the video, in whole or in part, in all languages, in any medium or format now or hereafter known for any purpose, and to edit or combine the video with other material at sponsor’s sole discretion, all without compensation to entrant. Abaxis may display entrant’s video on the company website and may reproduce, display and distribute the entry and the video in whole or in part, in any other promotional and information materials and publications, as determined by sponsor. Entrant agrees that sponsor may, but is not obligated to, identify entrant by name, city, and state and the name, city and state of the practice of which entrant is an employee, owner, or principle in connection with or in referencing the video. Entry constitutes permission to use entrant’s name and likeness for promotion and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrant is responsible for ensuring that entrant’s Affiliated Practice consents to the use of its name and address in connection with sponsor’s use of the video, and that any individual shown in the video consent to the use of their image and voice in connection with sponsor’s use of the video. By entering this contest, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this contest. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
