Advance Notification of transition to Extreme Networks License Portal, and End of Sale for Software Trial and Uplift licenses. This document is the advance notification of intended transition to the Extreme Networks Software License Portal, and the April 8, 2018 End of Sale for various Trial and Uplift licenses. These changes result in the transition of software licenses to the Extreme Networks license portal. This notification does not imply any lifecycle changes to the underlying platforms or operating systems to which these software licenses apply. Trial licenses will be generated by customers directly through the Extreme Licensing portal. Codes and purchases are not required. Uplift codes will not be supported. set of features.

End-of-Sales Announcement Date: Date of official End-of-Sales notice.

End-of-Sales Date: The last date to order the product through Avaya point-of-sale mechanisms. The product is no longer offered for sale after this date on Avaya systems. These products will not be available for order through Extreme Networks point-of-sale mechanisms.

End of Support Services Software: The last date that new software releases, including patches and bug fixes, will be created.
This date conforms to Avaya lifecycle policies for the affected products.
This date is NA since the lifecycle of the operating system software is not affected by this change. •
End-of-Life Date (End of Support Services): The last date a product will be supported by Extreme Networks. This date is NA since the lifecycle of the operating system software is not affected by this change.

Ongoing Support New contracts may only be added in the first 12 months following the end-of-sale date. Existing contracts may be renewed during the first 4 years of the end-of-support period, provided that during the period following the end-ofExtreme Networks Confidential and Proprietary.
