From the PA 51 North- 51 bound ramp to I-376 West, stay to the left to take the ramp for U.S. 19 South/ Banksville Rd. Quickly get to the left again to loop around back onto I-376 East to go through the Fort Pitt Tunnel into Downtown. The same ramp works coming from town to get onto PA 51 South to the Liberty Tunnel & Bridge. Bro
