* Additional Incentives 1. Referrer Bonus is paid to the referrer when the referred affiliate completes one track. Track 1 - $1500, Track 2 - $2000, Track 3 - $2500, Track 4 - $3000, Track 5 - $3500, Track 6 - $4500, Track 7 - $5500 2. On Track Bonuses are distributed every month. Bonuses will comprise of Lilyanna HSA products, incentive trips, Apple iPhone/iPads, etc (to be updated) * Terms & Conditions of ARP - Target ARP Comm. is eligible only for Singapore orders. Comm. for overseas sales will be paid as usual but not counted for Target ARP Comm. to qualify for monthly Bonus Allowance - Program is open only to existing Lilyanna customers who have purchased a full range of Lilyanna HSA products. Submission of name and email address in application form will be required for verification purposes - An affiliate reseller can only have one account per NRIC, handphone number, email, bank account no., etc. - A period of 18 months can be used to complete any one track. After the 18 months period, there will be a 20% deduction in the remaining monthly bonus allowance. Targets for monthly ARP Comm. will remain the same until track is completed. Completion of track within 12 months will result in further bonuses and incentives (to be updated) - Target ARP Comm. generated in excess of the month’s target will flow over and be factored into the following month’s Target ARP Comm. - If the ARP affiliate account does not generate any comm. within 60 days from the last order , it will be deemed as inactive and will automatically be out of the ARP. The affiliate can continue to sell and earn a full commission of the sales. However, no Bonus Allowance will be disbursed. - Lilyanna’s Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is the retail price of Lilyanna Herbal Skincare products as seen on www.lilyanna.com. A Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy of 10% discount off the MSRP applies to all affiliate resellers. Affiliate resellers who purchase in advance to sell online are not permitted to price Lilyanna HSA products at more than 10% discount from the MSRP. No warnings will be given to violators who flaunt this rule. It will result in an immediate termination from the program and the affiliate reseller’s account will be closed at the company’s sole discretion - For promotion to co-distributor level, eligibility will be open to affiliate resellers who complete any one track within the 18 months timeframe. Terms and conditions to be discussed in detail with your respective assigned distributor - For those who choose to continue in the ARP upon completion of one track, the next track you choose will either have to remain the same or be higher www.LILYANNA.COM
