Agriteam Canada Consulting Ltd., an international consulting company is seeking candidates to fill the following position on International Technical Assistance Project funded by the Government of Canada Administrative Officer Administrative Officer will be expected to: Manage project information requests: o direct phone and email requests for information appropriately; o conduct routine/general correspondence and mailings; o translate small documents and correspondence; o respond to the needs of the partner personnel for information and assistance in a timely manner. Manage project documentation and filing systems: o update and maintain appropriate filing systems (paper and electronic); o update and maintain appropriate databases related to the project. Manage office equipment and office supplies: o arrange repairs for office equipment as needed; o order and maintain an inventory of office supplies; o order furniture and equipment using proper procurement processes. Provide general logistical support for project events: o oversee the preparation of materials, including handouts and presentations for project events; o make all logistical arrangements for travel and stay of staff and consultants, including visas, accommodation, airline tickets or other transportation; o make all arrangements for project events, including: booking venues for events, catering, transportation, interpretation; o prepare briefing kits for participants; o attend events and meetings as appropriate, taking notes as required. Prepare Project Documents: o format and edit documents such as work plans, reports and newsletters; o prepare tables, graphs and other outputs for reporting and presentation of various data; o distribute publications and materials among project partners and other stakeholders; o draft contracts with the project supplies.

Responsible for Project Social Media: o liaise with project staff to understand social media needs; o draft for review social media posts; o manage social media feedback; o compiles and assess social media statistics. General Administration: o schedule and arrange meetings; o translate or arrange the translation of documents; o temporary registration of international consultants in Ukraine; o perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the project staff and by the Field Director. Requirements/Qualifications:  University degree (preferably in Management, Business administration/Public Administration or in a related field);  2+ years of proven relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas (Administration, Finance, Human resources management, project management, Logistics) in the private and/or public sector, preferably on donor funded program, especially in positions requiring organizational skills.  Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel;  Excellent writing skills in English and Ukrainian;  Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English.  
