Employment Opportunity AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation, Instructor, Ground Course, Whippany, NJ Job Description Job Requirements: • Conduct technician courses and on site • Conduct technician courses off site when required • Provide recommendations and when requested, make changes to courseware publications/syllabi. • Development of new courseware also required when requested • Keep and maintain all the training files/materials/publications

HS diploma or equivalent required Current FAA A&P License required. FAA Advanced Ground Instructor Certificate preferred. General aviation Pilot's license A minimum of 5 years' experience as a FAA Certified Airframe and Power Plant Rotorcraft/Helicopter mechanic Prior experience with A119, A109E/S and AW139 aircraft preferred Previous maintenance and/or Pilot instructional background preferred. Must possess a solid understanding of the commercial rotorcraft maintenance and/or pilot operational environment Proficient in the use of electronic and non-electronic presentation methods (PowerPoint, etc) Strong troubleshooting skills as they relate to the comprehensive understanding of Rotorcraft/helicopter systems Excellent interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, professional learning environment
