AHS FAN BUS PARENTAL PERMISSION FOR AHS STUDENT TO RIDE A SCHOOL BUS TO PRIOR LAND ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 24, 2017 for SECTION SOCCER. I give permission for (AHS student)____________________________________ to ride a school bus to PRIOR LAKE to watch the Soccer team compete in the STATE competition The bus will load, on the West Side of the Annex, at 3:00 PM return at or about 9:00 pm. The cost is $5 for the FAN BUS. Student will need to pay $5.00 for the ticket at the event. The permission slips need to be turned into the Activities Office by Tues. Oct. 24TH at 12 noon
NO REFUNDS—Participants to be approved by administration. I understand that if the above student does not follow instructions or expectations of trip, a parent is responsible for his/hers transportation home.
