Alaska Airlines Pride Parade Trip Sweepstakes Official Rules NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Please read these rules before entering the Alaska Airlines Pride Parade Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements. Eligibility: Except as otherwise set forth herein, if you are a legal resident of one (1) of the following counties in the state of California: Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, or Imperial, and reside within 100 miles of Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the “Territory”), and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. If you are not a legal California resident residing in the Territory, you are ineligible to enter or win. Employees of Alaska Airlines, Inc. (“Sponsor”), the agency administering this Sweepstakes (“Administrator”) and their spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren (“immediate family members”), and Sponsor’s affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and their respective agents, officers, and directors, and all individuals, including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, so-called “temporary employees,” former employees and interns (and their immediate family members) who have, within the past 6 months, performed services for Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, and in any other jurisdiction, listed or not, where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes Period: An eligible entrant (“Entrant”) may enter the Sweepstakes from May 30, 2017 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) until June 12, 2017 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). How to Enter: An Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes using any of the following three (3) methods: 1. Instagram: To enter on Instagram, an Entrant must (i) log on to his/her Instagram account, (ii) follow AlaskaAir (if he/she does not already do so), and (iii) post an image/video including both the hashtags #FlyWithPride and #Entry to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Instagram Entry”). An Instagram Entry must be an image/video taken and posted during the Sweepstakes Period. An Entrant may not add the hashtags #FlyWithPride and #Entry to an image/video posted prior to or after the Sweepstakes Period to obtain an entry into the Sweepstakes. An Entrant must make sure the “Photos Are Private” option in the account settings on his/her Instagram account are set to “OFF”. 2. Twitter: To enter on Twitter, an Entrant must (i) log on to his/her Twitter account, (ii) follow @AlaskaAir (if he/she does not already do so), and (iii) Tweet an image/video including the hashtags #FlyWithPride and #Entry to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Twitter Entry”). A Twitter Entry must include an image/video in the Tweet – an Entrant may not Tweet a link to an image/video posted on a 3rd party site to obtain an entry into the Sweepstakes. Due to the way Twitter operates its service, Twitter Entries from Twitter users with "protected" accounts (i.e., Entrant has set his or her account so that only people the Entrant has approved can view his or her Tweets) may not be received. An Entrant must have a non-private Twitter 1

account to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants must continue to follow @AlaskaAir for 20 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period for winner notification purposes. 3. Facebook: To enter on Facebook, an Entrant must (i) log on to his/her Facebook account, (ii) visit www.facebook.com/alaskaairlines (the “Page”), and (iii) post a comment to a Sweepstakes-related posting made by the Sponsor on the Page (“Sweepstakes Post”) including the hashtags #FlyWithPride and #Entry to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Facebook Entry”). The Facebook Entry must be a post on the Page to the Sweepstakes Post to be an entry in the Sweepstakes. Comments posted elsewhere on Facebook will not be valid. For purposes of these Official Rules, Instagram Entries, Twitter Entries, and Facebook Entries are collectively referred to as an “Entry”. By submitting an Entry and using the hashtags #FlyWithPride and #Entry, an Entrant hereby agrees to these Official Rules. In addition, by submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees that his or her entry conforms to the entry guidelines and restrictions set forth below (“Entry Guidelines and Restrictions”). Each Entrant hereby understands and agrees that, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, his/her Entry may be posted to the Sponsor’s website, any of Sponsor’s social media properties and/or websites, and/or other websites or social media accounts associated with the Sweepstakes. Submitting an Entry constitutes Entrant’s grant to Sponsor, its parents and affiliates, and the employees, officers, directors, licensees, designees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Grantees”), of a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, post, distribute, publish or create derivative works from and display the Entry in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional, advertising, public relations, trade show and/or marketing purposes, without further compensation, notification or permissions of any kind except where prohibited by law. If requested, Entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the nonexclusive rights Entrant is granting to use the Entry. This license expressly includes a right (but not the obligation) for Sponsor to modify Entries to remove any third party intellectual property. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the Entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each Entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein. Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that such Entrant does not reserve any rights in or to the Entry. The displaying of an Entry on any website/social media platform does not constitute verification of eligibility or compliance with these Official Rules and all Entries and Entrants remain subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Entrants agree that Sponsor has the right, but not the obligation, to use and/or otherwise display the Entries as set forth above, and that if such Entries are, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, displayed on any website/social media platform, such Entries may be subject to third party comments that will be publicly viewable, and further, such Entries may also be saved, shared, and/or further emailed by such third parties on the internet or otherwise. Limit one (1) entry per Entrant per social media platform per calendar day. Entry Guidelines and Restrictions: Each Entry:  Must be in English, except for commonly understood foreign words;  If submitted as a video, must not exceed 60 seconds in duration;  Must comply with Instagram’s, Twitter’s, and/or Facebook’s Terms of Service;  May only be submitted once during the entire Sweepstakes Period;  Must feature Entrant. If anyone else identifiable is in the photograph or video, the person must have given his/her consent and Entrant must be able to prove such consent in writing if requested by Sponsor;  Must not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property, industrial property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, including without limitation by containing material that violates or infringes another’s rights or that constitutes copyright infringement;  Must be the original work of the Entrant;  Must include the hashtags #FlyWithPride and #Entry;  Must not disparage any person, including Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, or any other person or party affiliated with this Sweepstakes;  Must not prominently feature any third party logos or marks;  Must not include personally identifiable information;  Must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, religious, political or libelous (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion);  Must not contain, reference, or use material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual, or that otherwise promotes discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, or age (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion);  Must not contain any viruses, spyware, malware, or other malicious components that are designed to harm the functionality of a computer in any way; and  Must not itself be, or contain materials that are, unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the entry is created. NOTE: By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees that his/her Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Restrictions set forth above and that Sponsor or Administrator may, at its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify him/her from the Sweepstakes if Sponsor decides that his/her Entry fails to conform to the such requirements or any other provision of these Official Rules. Each Entrant further agrees to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor infringes Entrant rights with regard to any Entry. Any Entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that otherwise contains prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be disqualified, and if posted on websites and/or platforms related to this Sweepstakes, removed there from.

Other Promotions: Sponsor may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately. Prizes (30): Thirty (30) prizes are available throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each prize consists of a trip for two (2) people – winner and a guest of his/her choosing – to attend the 47th Annual SF Pride Parade in San Francisco, California on June 25, 2017. Each prize includes:  Two (2) round-trip coach Alaska Airlines tickets (or other flight accommodations if necessary) between LAX and San Francisco, California (“SFO”) at specific flight times to be determined by Sponsor, departing on June 24, 2017 and returning on June 26, 2017.  Two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy) in San Francisco, California.  Ground transportation to and from SFO. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $2,400. The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is up to $72,000. TRAVEL TIMES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR. Any Winner unable to travel at the specific times on the specific dates may be ruled ineligible to win. In such event, prize may be awarded to the next eligible Entrant. Winners and their guests bear sole responsibility for arriving 2 hours before scheduled flight time at LAX. Winners and guests must possess all necessary documentation required for air travel (e.g. a valid, government–issued Driver’s License, US passport, etc.). Prize Drawing: A random drawing will be held on or about June 13, 2017 to select thirty (30) winners. Sponsor or their delegate agency will notify each potential winner via a Direct Message on Twitter from Sponsor’s Twitter handle (@AlaskaAir), on Instagram from Sponsor’s Instagram Account (@alaskaair), or on Facebook as a reply comment to the Facebook Entry within twentyfour (24) hours following the drawing. All selected winners are deemed potential winners pending verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification with his/her valid e-mail address within one (1) hour. Additionally, each potential winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release. Each guest must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release in order to participate in the prize. Administrator will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within one (1) hour of notification, provide a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within twenty-four (24) hours or meet the eligibility criteria as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event a winner cannot be confirmed for any prize by June 19, 2017, such prize will not be awarded. Limit 1 prize per person/household. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an Entry Period. Once ticketed, fare rules apply regarding changes to itinerary. Prizes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Guest must be 18 years of age or older or winner must be the parent/legal guardian of a guest under 18 years of age. Sponsor is not required to (but may at its sole discretion) offer 4

any substitutions, cash redemptions, or alternative to prizes awarded under this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Recipients of prize must have a California mailing address. All prizes awarded are subject to the restrictions and limitations noted in these Official Rules, on the prizes and/or included with the prizes. Transportation between winner’s and guest’s home(s) and LAX, meals, gratuities, rental car, incidentals, optional entertainment, departure taxes, customs and agriculture fees, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the winners’ responsibility. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled flights (including, but not limited to, flights affected by weather, nature, or acts of god) and no refund or compensation will be made in such instance. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen airline vouchers/tickets. Sponsor reserves the right to select airports and flights/routes at its sole discretion. Airline tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer mileage accrual. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES AND FEES, INCLUDING INCOME TAX, SALES TAX, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF THE RECEIPT AND USE OF THE PRIZES, ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a prize and its actual value will not be awarded. Winners agree to accept prize “as is.” Additional Terms: Sponsor may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to entrant or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; acting in violation of these Official Rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If any entrant’s entry is incomplete or if an entrant is suspected to be using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, such entry will be void, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of any potential prize winner or if 5

more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants. Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in King County, Washington. If the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall then be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc., in accordance with its streamlined arbitration rules and procedures or subsequent versions thereof (“JAMS Rules”). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in Washington. All proceedings brought pursuant to this section will be conducted in King County, Washington. You agree that our decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may use the winner’s name, image, or likeness in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, and Administrator may be required to disclose the winner’s address to state regulatory authorities.
