As discovered during our low visibility taxi out, the #5 holding spot is actually located abeam the Alpha 5 Taxiway. This caused some confusion over our location during the taxi out to Runway 3. Luckily the aircraft was depicted on the Low Vis Diagram and we were confident of the aircraft's position but the chart error is certainly an unnecessary distraction. Synopsis Air carrier First Officer reported confusion regarding the location of the #5 Holding Point at GEG due to incorrect depiction of the location on Jeppesen Low Vis Charts 10-9B, C, and D.
