Enterprise Asset Management – is the efficient way to manage the IT support needed for maintenance of a complex plant, providing accurate real-time information to technicians carrying out all forms of work, anywhere onsight at any time. All activities are completely mobile, so traceable information is generated automatically, enabling all maintenance processes to be mapped and monitored.

SAP Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) – enables fast and accurate application planning, with the option to produce automatic reports. Investment in the new system was driven by the decision of the parent company to stop supplying key products with human readable labels, making an automated system able to handle machine-readable deliveries.

Once the national authority responsible for delivering power to local energy and gas suppliers, our client is a truly international business today, handling the full power needs for millions of consumers and businesses in the United States as well as in Europe. With responsibilities that extend from managing a complex power grid to developing and delivering new generation systems, including micro-generation and flexible trading markets, ensuring the reliability and availability of key systems is a basic necessity.

Adidas has instant brand recognition all over the world and its products are worn with pride by world-class sports professionals and millions of consumers. Atos ENERGY4U was chosen by this highly demanding company to implement a new mobile CRM system to manage key aspects of a new product launch. Based on the use of iPads running SAP CRM, our solution manages a secure real-time connection to SAP back office systems and delivers essential support to the sales, logistics and inventory management activities.

The client chose Atos ENERGY4U and Syclo to design and implement a comprehensive mobile support solution to cover all core processes, including repair, maintenance, emergency response, construction and power reinstatement. The new solution is also integrated with geo information systems, to ensure accurate and real-time monitoring of activities across a wide territory, and includes SAP Plant Maintenance upgrade and connections to a series of external systems, including scheduling and authority systems. Optimizing the mobile workforce in a leading energy company

Now up and running at six sites across the country, the new system enables accurate bar coding of deliveries, making it possible for delivery staff to validate the accuracy of orders before they leave, to spot mistakes and correct them in moments, while producing accurate goods receipts and inventory updates in real-time. Now customers will not be disappointed, nor will delivery staff need to spend hours at office systems checking and potentially correcting their records. One of Germany’s largest energy suppliers chose Atos ENERGY4U and Syclo to develop and implement a new solution designed to improve mobile workforce productivity, speed up implementation of smart meters (a German government key initiative) and improve the customer experience.
