Regulations and Conditions of Entry: Exhibits are to be of Plant Cane with tops intact. Exhibits in Classes 1 to 9, Plane Creek Mill Shield and School’s Competition are to be at the Showgrounds by 8:30am on Saturday 5th August 2017 for judging that afternoon. 3. Exhibits in Classes 10, 11 and 12 (CCS CLASSES) with tops intact are to be left at the Plane Creek Mill Suppliers Committee Office in Broad Street, Sarina on Monday before the show 31st July 2017 ready for transport to the BSES for analysis. 4. Entries in Classes 13 & 14 must be in no later than midday Monday, 24 th July 2017 to allow for judging of blocks prior to show. 5.
