What is bullying?

Cyber Bullying 46% of 18- to 24-year-olds are unaware they can be sued for defamation if they tweet an unsubstantiated rumour about someone. The internet's not an anonymous place where people can post without any consequences. People should think about their own conduct. If you are grossly abusive to people, if you are bullying or harassing people online, then you will be prosecuted in the same way as if you did it offline.
• Don't upset people and then upload their pictures for other people to have a laugh. That could be harassment. • Don't digitally alter pictures of people either because what you think is funny may be offensive to other people. • Don't let anyone take pictures of you that might embarrass you. • Don’t send offensive messages to other people even if you think it’s ‘banter’. What you write can always be saved/screengrabbed/sent to the police.
