Product Refunds and E x c h a n g e s 1. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase, the company will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the price, less applicable bonuses to you on unopened and resalable products 2. All products are returnable if the p r o d u c t is in the s a me condition as when p u r c h a s e d including the p r o d u c t packaging or if you discover the p r o d u c t defects. 3. The Company does not re fu n d the o r ig i n a l delivery c o s ts o n products that you return except for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products. 4. The form o f the r e f u n d will be based on the o r i g i n a l form o f payment such a s a credit c a r d c h a r g e . Instead of a refund, the c o mp a ny may choose other alternatives such a s a product credit. The return of products may affect your eligibility to receive bonuses and your Mastership, and if bonuses have already been paid on the returned product, then the company will recoup your bonuses. 5. The company will exchange products purchased directly from the company that are incorrectly sent, or are defective, if you notify the company within ninety (90) days of the date of purchase. 6. You must comply with the fo l lo w i n g procedures to obtain a refund or exchange; i. You must return the p r o d u c t to Atomy Distrib utio n Pte. Ltd. during office hours together with the o r i g i n a l sales re c e i p t . ii. All return delivery c o s t (if any) must be paid b y you. iii. Products sent to the company without prior company approval will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense. iv. Procedures may vary in jurisdictions where different requirements are imposed by law. 7. The Company does not re f u n d made after t h e e x p ir y date of membership.
