INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS 1 This application should accompany a copy of the marklist/ certificate of the examination last taken by the candidate attested by a Gazetted Officer. The Transfer Certificate in original along with a photocopy of the same shall also be enclosed. The Transfer Certificate in original will be returned along with the Migration Certificate. 2 If admitted to course of study after the University Courses, furnish the certificate in Col.13 3 Applicants must be careful in entering the details regarding their academic carrier in the application i.e. correct year of admission to the Pre-Degree/Degree class, college to which admitted, correct register number with month and year of examination passed and the institution last attended. All the columns should be filled in with utmost care. 4 Candidates who apply for Migration Certificate after passing the HSE/VHSE examination only, may forward their certificates for verification which will be returned along with migration certificate 5 No Migration certificate will be issued to candidates who are not eligible for admission to University courses of studies. 6 Candidates who have passed the SSLC/HSE/VHSE Examination at a sitting from school within the territorial jurisdiction of the Calicut University from 1968 September onwards are eligible to get Migration Certificate from this University. 7 A candidate will not be issued a Migration Certificate more than once. 8 The fee for Migration Certificate for those who have undergone course of studies under this University is Rs. 50/Applicants who have passed HSE/VHSE Examination and have not undergone any course of studies under this University should remit a fee of Rs. 150/- (Rs. 50/- for Matriculation fee and Rs. 50/- Recognition fee) Applicant who have passed the SSLC Examination should Remit Rs. 100/9 The fee sent from outside Kerala State by M.O. will be accepted only if the purpose is noted on the M.O. Coupon as “Fee for Migration Certificate” M.O. sent from within the Kerala State will not be accepted. Postal Order, Cheques and Drafts will not be entertained. 10 Those who want to receive the Migration Certificate in person should produce their last hall-tickets/photo identity cards for identification. 11 Fee once remitted will not be refunded 12 Those who want to receive the Migration Certificate by Post should remit Rs. 25/- additionally
