The training session is limited to 30 participants. The application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on February 19, 2016. Location, Meals, & Cost Northeast Iowa Community College will provide space and meals for the training. The training will be conducted at the Dubuque Center (Town Clock Center), 700 Main Street, Dubuque, IA 52001. We ask that participants cover the cost of their meals and training materials at $75.00 per person. While we are asking participants to cover these costs, our number one priority is to make it easy for community members to participate in this training.  We invite you to mark this box if the cost of the training will make it difficult for you to participate: The $75 fee for meals and training materials can be paid in advance OR on the first day of the training. We invite you to pay by check (made out to the City of Dubuque Human Rights Department), or in-voice.
